Abstract
Dari sekian banyak Provinsi di Indonesia, Bali merupakan daerah yang menjadi primadona destinasi pariwasata, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Hal tersebut didukung oleh PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) selaku pengelola Pelabuhan Benoa mencanangkan pengembangan Pelabuhan Benoa sebagai Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH). Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara pengerukan dasar laut hingga kolam pelabuhan mencapai kedalaman tertentu, sehingga memungkinkan kapal dengan draft terbesar untuk masuk dan bersandar pada dermaga pelabuhan. Dalam merancang pelabuhan perlu memerhatikan berbagai faktor dan mengetahui metode pengerukan yang paling efektif dengan mempertimbangkan waktu dan biaya. Pada tugas akhir ini menganalisis pekerjaan pengerukan dengan 4 metode yang berbeda dengan memvariasikan unit kapal keruk cutter suction dredger (CSD) clamshell dan trailling suction hopper dregder (TSHD) dengan bantuan hopper barge dan self-propeller hopper barge. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, total volume keruk yang harus dibuang adalah sebesar 851.221,60 m3. Dimana volume tersebut terdiri dari tiga yaitu area Dermaga Pariwisata dengan volume 437070,07 m3, area Kolam Perikanan dengan volume 327.409,83 m3 dan area Marine Yacht dengan volume 86.741,70 m3. Metode keruk yang paling efektif adalah metode variasi ketiga. Metode ini menggabungkan pekerjaan pengerukan yang dilakukan oleh CSD dan TSHD 2000 dengan kombinasi TSHD 4000. CSD digunakan untuk memindahkan sedimen dari area Marine Yacht ke Kolam Perikanan yang nantinya dikeruk oleh TSHD 2000, sedangkan untuk TSHD 4000 digunakan untuk mengeruk area Dermaga Pariwisata 85 hari dengan rincian CSD dan TSHD 2000 selama 85 hari sedangkan TSHD 4000 selama 40 hari. Sehingga menimbulkan biaya sebesar Rp 68.312.085.573,- atau Rp 72.597,-/m³.

Of the many provinces in Indonesia, Bali is the area that is the favorite tourism destination, both domestic and international. This is supported by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) as the manager of Benoa Harbor has launched the development of Benoa Harbor as the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH). The effort made is by dredging the seabed until the port pool reaches a certain depth, thereby allowing ships with the largest draft to enter and dock at the port pier. When designing a port, it is necessary to pay attention to various factors and find out the most effective dredging method by considering time and cost. In this final project, we analyze dredging work using 4 different methods by varying the clamshell cutter suction dredger (CSD) and trailing suction hopper dregder (TSHD) units with the help of a hopper barge and a self-propeller hopper barge. Based on the calculation results, the total volume of dredged that must be removed is 851,221.60 m3. Where the volume consists of three, namely the Tourism Pier area with a volume of 437070.07 m3, the Fishing Pond area with a volume of 327,409.83 m3 and the Marine Yacht area with a volume of 86,741.70 m3. The most effective dredging method is the third variation method. This method combines the dredging work carried out by CSD and TSHD 2000 with a combination of TSHD 4000. CSD is used to move sediment from the Marine Yacht area to the Fishing Pond which will later be dredged by TSHD 2000, while the TSHD 4000 is used to dredge the Tourism Pier area for 85 days with details CSD and TSHD 2000 for 85 days while TSHD 4000 for 40 days. This results in costs of IDR 68,312,085,573,- or IDR 72,597,-/m³.
