Abstract
Wilayah pesisir memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi, namun terancam keberlanjutannya. Pengembangan wilayah pesisir harus dikelola dengan cara melibatkan masyarakat sekitar dan mengedepankan nlai-nilai lingkungan agar dapat dikelola secara berkelanjutan. Pengelolaan berkelanjutan di pesisir desa Bangsring di lihat dari 3 dimensi, yaitu lingkungan dan infrastruktur, ekonomi, serta sosial dan kelembagaan. Dengan metode analisis SWOT dan Internal - Eksternal Matriks dapat diketahui nilai pengelolaan ekowisata di pesisir desa Bangsring pada internal dimensi lingkungan dan infrastruktur sebesar 3,34 dan eksternal sebesar 3,14. Nilai pada internal dimensi ekonomi sebesar 3,31 dan eksternal sebesar 3,52. Pada internal dimensi sosial dan kelembagaan sebesar 3,08 dan eksternal sebesar 2,78. Ini menunjukan pengelolaan ekowisata di pesisir desa Bangsring ada pada posisi strategi growth and bulid, artinya pengelelolaan pada ekowisata di pesisir desa bangsring dapat dioptimalkan potensinya, namun perlu mempertahankan dan menambah fasilitas dan sumberdaya yang ada. Bersinergi antara stakeholder ekowisata bahari di pesisir desa Bangsring dengan para pelaku usaha ekowisata di sekitar, kolaborasi dengan investor untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan juga koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah juga diperlukan agar ekowisata bahari di pesisir desa Bangsring dapat dikelola secara berkelanjutan dari dimensi lingkungan dan infrastruktur, ekonomi dan dimensi sosial dan kelembagaan.

The coastal area has high economic value but is threatened in terms of sustainability. Coastal area development must be managed by involving the surrounding community and prioritizing environmental values for sustainable management. Sustainable management in the coastal village of Bangsring is seen from three dimensions: environmental and infrastructure, economic, and social and institutional. Through SWOT analysis and Internal-External Matrix, the value of ecotourism management in the coastal village of Bangsring is determined. The internal value for environmental and infrastructure dimension is 3,34 and the external value is 3,14. The internal economic dimension has a value of 3,31, and the external value is 3,52. For the internal social and institutional dimension, the value is 3,08 and for the external dimension, it is 2,78. This indicates that the management of ecotourism in the coastal village of Bangsring is in a growth and build strategy position, meaning that ecotourism management in the coastal village of Bangsring can optimize its potential but needs to maintain and add facilities and resources. Synergy between marine ecotourism stakeholders in the coastal village of Bangsring and ecotourism businesses in the surrounding area, collaboration with investors for the development of marine ecotourism, and coordination with the local government are also required for sustainable management across environmental and infrastructure, economic, and social and institutional dimensions.
