Abstract

Ruas Jalan Pacet – Jalan Cangar merupakan jalan alternatif antarkota penghubung antara Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Kota Batu terletak di kaki Gunung Arjuno. Tipe topografi tanjakan, turunan dan tikungan tajam dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas akibat geometrik jalan. Metode analisis kecelakaan yang digunakan adalah angka kecelakaan dengan pembobotan Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan (AEK) dan tingkat kecelakaan. Metode analisis geometrik yang digunakan adalah defisiensi perbandingan syarat pedoman terhadap kondisi lapangan. Tingkat kecelakaan tertinggi pada KM 61+500 – 62+000 sebanyak 311 100 JPKP dalam 3 tahun. Medan jalan berbukit sebesar 13,06%. Defisiensi gradien 7% dengan nilai tertinggi 584%. Jari-jari minimum 30 meter dan kecepatan kendaraan 30-70 km/jam. Terdapat 83 tikungan dengan 21 tikungan kurang dari 30 meter. Rekomendasi yang ditawarkan yakni pelebaran bahu sepanjang 100 meter lebar 2 meter, rehabilitasi jalur berhenti darurat dan pembuatan jalur alternatif. Rencana biaya pembangunan pelebaran jalan sebesar sebesar Rp 110,223,200.00, rehabilitasi jalur darurat Rp 193,384,864.00 dan pembangunan jalur alternatif Rp 58,226,572,548.87. Biaya kecelakaan per-km adalah Rp 1.471.791.226,21 dan korban akibat kecelakaan adalah Rp 4.112.066.898,01.

The Jalan Pacet - Jalan Cangar section is an alternative intercity road connecting Mojokerto Regency and Batu City, located at the foot of Mount Arjuno. The type of topography of inclines, descents and sharp turns can cause accidents. The aim of this research is to analyze the occurrence of traffic accidents due to road geometry. The accident analysis method used is the accident rate by weighting the Accident Equivalent Number (AEK) and the accident rate. The geometric analysis method used is a comparison deficiency of guideline requirements with field conditions. The highest accident rate was obtained at KM 61+500 – 62+000 of 311 100 JPKP in 3 years. The road terrain is hilly at 13.06%. The gradient deficiency is 7% with the highest value being 584%. The minimum radius is 30 meters and the vehicle speed is 30-70 km/hour. There are 83 corners with 21 corners less than 30 meters. The recommendations offered are widening the shoulder along 100 meters by 2 meters wide, rehabilitating the emergency stop lane and creating an alternative route. The planned cost for road widening is IDR 110,223,200.00, emergency route rehabilitation IDR 193,384,864.00 and alternative route construction IDR 58,226,572,548.87. The cost of accidents per km is IDR 1,471,791,226.21 and victims due to accidents are IDR 4,112,066,898.01.
