Abstract

Logistics plays a significant role in connecting the entire supply chain as a large and continuous process within a company. Logistics management refers to the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient and effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption to meet customer needs. Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) has a Directorate of Planning and
Development responsible for planning, governance, and quality standards for procurement of goods and services. Currently, ITS utilizes an open-source Odoo-based web application system to fulfill its logistics service requirements. However, the business processes in the logistics web application do not align with the needs of the Directorate of Planning and Development at ITS. Limited human resources with expertise in the Odoo platform hinder the development of theweb application. The development of a web application with a user interface that aligns with the myITS Logistics business processes is essential to address the increasing demands and diverse complexities of logistics services. The front-end development of myITS Logistics is carried out using the V-model, a software development method that emphasizes testing at each stage of development. The front-end of the myITS Logistics web application is implemented using the Next.js framework, known for its ability to facilitate the rapid, secure, scalable, and optimized creation of web applications to handle high traffic loads. Validation and evaluation were conducted through four stages of testing, with unit testing, integration testing, and system testing yielding a 100% success rate. The first user acceptance testing resulted in a success rate of 84.62%, and an evaluation was carried out based on that outcome. Following the second user acceptance testing, the success rate for user acceptance testing reached 100%.
