Abstract

Pembuatan pupuk Phonska memerlukan proses produksi yang terkoordinasi dengan baik untuk mencapai kualitas yang optimal. Laporan ini membahas implementasi Sistem Kontrol Distribusi (DCS) dalam proses produksi pupuk Phonska di PT. Petrokimia Gresik. DCS memainkan peran penting dalam memonitor dan mengelola berbagai elemen dalam pabrik pupuk, termasuk kontrol suhu, tekanan, dan aliran bahan baku. Implementasi DCS di PT. Petrokimia Gresik dapat meningkatkan kontrol proses secara keseluruhan, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan kondisi, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Selain itu, keandalan operasional juga meningkat, sehingga meningkatkan produksi pupuk Phonska dengan tingkat kualitas yang lebih tinggi.

The production of Phonska fertilizer requires a well-coordinated production process to achieve optimal quality. This report discusses the implementation of the Distributed Control System (DCS) in the Phonska fertilizer production process at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. DCS plays a crucial role in monitoring and managing various elements in the fertilizer plant, including temperature control, pressure, and raw material flow. The implementation of DCS at PT. Petrokimia Gresik can enhance overall process control, expedite responses to changing conditions, and optimize resource utilization. Additionally, operational reliability improves, thereby increasing Phonska fertilizer production with higher quality levels.
