Abstract

Permasalahan kualitas air Kali Surabaya merupakan permasalahan yang sangat penting untuk dipantau secara berkelanjutan, dikarenakan air Kali Surabaya pada segmen intake Karangpilang, dimanfaatkan oleh PDAM Surabaya sebagai air baku untuk air bersih yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan air bersih oleh masyarakat Kota Surabaya,yang dimana sepanjang kali Surabaya meliputi daerah industri dan pemukiman warga dimana limbah tersebut masuk ke perairan. Limbah domestik dan industri teridentifikasi mengandung banyak bahan organik dan logam berat dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator dalam badan air. Kegiatan masyarakat, pertanian, dan industri di sepanjang Kali Surabaya memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perubahan kualitas air Kali Surabaya (BOD, COD, DO, Cr, Cu, Pb pH, Suhu) sehingga mengakibatkan perubahan unsur hara dalam air Kali Surabaya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air kali Surabaya berdasarkan kandungan logam berat pada segmen intake IPA Karangpilang dan memprediksi kualitas air Kali Surabaya sebagai air baku berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan model sistem dinamik. Seluruh data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan metode pendekatan sistem pemodelan dinamis dengan software Powersim Studio. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari pengujian laboratorium dan instansi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sample, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan instansi yang mendukung penelitian. Data ini, bersama dengan semua data lainnya, akan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis, di mana model dan skenario yang divalidasi akan dibuat setelah hasilnya disimulasikan dalam bentuk model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat pencemaran logam berat Cr, Cu lebih rendah dari satuan limit bawah deteksi alat uji sedangkan Pb nilainya fluaktif dengan kadar tertinggi 0,0101 dan masih memenuhi standar baku mutu dan hasil pemodelan tingkat cemaran logam berat di kali Kali Surabaya untuk logam berat timbal (Pb) selain itu dalam uj statistik ditemukan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kandungan BOD, COD, DO dan Pb pada 4 bulan penelitian dan tidak terdapat hubungan kandungan antara BOD,COD ,DO dengan kandungan Pb di Perairan Kali Surabaya

The problem of Surabaya River water quality is a very important problem to be monitored on an ongoing basis, because Surabaya River water in the Karangpilang intake segment is used by PDAM Surabaya as raw water for clean water which is needed to meet the need for clean water by the people of Surabaya City, which throughout The Surabaya River includes industrial areas and residential areas where the waste enters the waters. Domestic and industrial waste has been identified as containing a lot of organic matter and heavy metals which can be used as indicators in water bodies. Community, agricultural and industrial activities along the Surabaya River have a significant impact on changes in the water quality of the Surabaya River (BOD, COD, DO, Cr, Cu, Pb pH, Temperature) resulting in changes in nutrients in the Surabaya River water. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the water quality of the Surabaya River based on the heavy metal content in the Karangpilang IPA intake segment and predict the water quality of the Surabaya River as sustainable raw water using a dynamic system modeling approach. All data for this research was collected using a dynamic modeling system approach with Powersim Studio software. Primary data was obtained directly from laboratory tests and agencies using the purposive sample method, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies and agencies that supported the research. This data, along with all other data, will be analyzed using a dynamic systems approach, where validated models and scenarios will be created after the results have been simulated in model form. The research results show that the level of heavy metal pollution Cr, Cu is lower than the lower limit unit of detection of the test equipment, while the value of Pb is fluactive with the highest level of 0.0101 and still meets the quality standards and results of modeling the level of heavy metal contamination in the Surabaya River for the heavy metal lead. (Pb) Apart from that, in statistical tests it was found that there was no difference between the contents of BOD, COD, DO and Pb in the 4 months of research and there was no relationship between the contents of BOD, COD, DO and the Pb content in the waters of the Surabaya River
