Abstract
Industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) merupakan sektor mayoritas dari populasiindustri di Indonesia dan berkontribusi dalam perekonomian nasional dan mendorongpeningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Sebagian besar IKM masih menghadapi banyak kendala salah satunya terkaitkemasan produknya diantaranya bagaimana memilih bahan kemasan yang sesuai denganproduknya, pemilihan bahan kemasan, desain kemasan, tren kemasan, teknologi yang terkaitdengan kemasan, terbatasnya informasi dan pengetahuan IKM tentang kemasan, sertaketerbatasan IKM untuk akses ke sumber penyedia bahan kemasan, supplier, mitra maupununit yang memfasilitasi kemasan.Platform e-Klinik Desain Merek Kemas (e-KDMK) adalah platform digital yangmemberikan layanan peningkatan nilai tambah produk maupun pada proses bisnisnya yaitupengemasan produk yang berfungsi mewadahi atau membungkus produk, melindungiproduk, sarana promosi serta informasi dari produk - produk industri kecil dan menengah(IKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profil kebutuhan para target pelakue-KDMK dan mensinergikan kebutuhan layanan bagi pengguna. Metode pada penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan Design Thingking, khususnya Design Service. Tujuanpenggunaan Design Thingking adalah untuk menghasilkan inovasi yang meningkatkanlatform (e-KDMK) dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pengguna sebagi fokusnya. (e-KDMK) digunakan oleh stakeholders dan setiap pengguna memiliki kebutuhan dankecenderungan masing – masing. Melihat kompleksitas tersebut, pendekatan DesignThinking yang digunakan adalah Service Design, yaitu suatu metode untuk menghasilkaninovasi layanan dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan berbagai pihak. Berdasarkan ideasiyang telah dilakukan diperoleh inovasi desain layanan antara lain penambaharuan tampilanplatform, penambahan layanan konsultasi desain, restrukturisasi dan klasifikasi informasi,penambahan profil dan portofolio stakeholder dan penambahan filter dan PengkategorianIKM

Small and medium industries (IKM) are the majority sector of the industrial population in Indonesia and contribute to the national economy and encourage increased community welfare. Most of the SMEs still face many obstacles, one of which is related to product packaging, including how to choose packaging materials that suit their products, selection of packaging materials, packaging design. , packaging trends, technology related to packaging, limited information and knowledge of SMEs about packaging, as well as SMEs' limitations in access to sources of packaging material providers, suppliers, partners and units that facilitate packaging. The e-Klinik Packaging Brand Design Platform (e-KDMK) is a digital platform which provides services to increase the added value of products and business processes, namely product packaging which functions to contain or wrap products, protect products, promotional facilities and information on small and medium industrial products (IKM). This research aims to identify the needs profile of target KDMK actors and synergize service needs for users. The method in this research uses the Design Thinking approach, especially Service Design. The aim of using Design Thinking is to produce innovations that improve the platform (e-KDMK) by considering user needs as the focus. (e-KDMK) is used by stakeholders and each user has their own needs and tendencies. Seeing this complexity, the DesignThinking approach used is Service Design, which is a method for producing service innovation by considering the interests of various parties. Based on the ideation that has been carried out, service design innovations have been obtained, including updating the platform display, adding design consultation services, restructuring and classifying information, adding stakeholder profiles and portfolios and adding filters and categorizing SME
