Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis site layout optimal dari berbagai skenario pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Samaview Residence Malang yang mempertimbangkan aspek traveling distance (TD) dan degree of hazard (DH). Fasilitas sementara yang ada pada proyek ini cukup banyak, seperti barak pekerja, kantor, gudang, dan lain sebagainya. Produktivitas kerja dan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi sangat dibutuhkan untuk menghindari keterlambatan waktu dan kenaikan biaya pada proyek tersebut sehingga penempatan fasilitas sementara yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja dan tingkat keamanan pada proyek tersebut perlu diperhatikan. Peningkatan produktivitas kerja dan tingkat keamanan dapat dicapai dengan melakukan optimasi site layout agar proyek tersebut dapat memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Langkah pertama dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi fasilitasfasilitas yang ada pada proyek tersebut, menentukan fasilitas sementara yang akan dipindah, dan menghitung jarak antar fasilitas dengan menggunakan Metode Euclidean Distance. Setelah itu, nilai TD dan DH dihitung. Langkah terakhir adalah mencari nilai penyetaraan TD dan DH yang minimum dari berbagai skenario yang didapatkan dengan menukar posisi fasilitas sementara dan menyajikan hasil perhitungan TD dan DH dalam grafik Pareto Optimal. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 8 skenario yang telah direncanakan, site layout pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Samaview Residence Malang belum optimal dari aspek traveling distance dan degree of hazard. Berdasarkan perhitungan, didapatkan site layout optimal pada alternatif 2 yang terjadi pertukaran letak fasilitas antara fabrikasi besi dan stockyard scaffolding. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai traveling distance sebesar 11959 meter atau mengalami penurunan sebesar -2,44% dari site layout eksisting dan nilai degree of hazard sebesar 9070 atau mengalami penurunan sebesar -1,36% dari site layout eksisting. Tidak terdapat perubahan yang cukup signifikan antara site layout alternatif 2 dan kondisi eksisting, tetapi site layout alternatif 2 dapat dipilih karena memiliki nilai traveling distance dan degree of hazard yang lebih kecil daripada kondisi eksisting.

This research will analyze the optimal site layout of various scenarios in the Samaview Residence Malang Apartment construction project which considers the traveling distance (TD) and degree of hazard (DH) aspects. There are quite a lot of temporary facilities in this project, such as labor dormitory, offices, warehouse, and so on. A high level of work productivity and security are needed to avoid time delays and increased costs on the project, so the placement of temporary facilities that affect work productivity and the level of security on the project needs to be considered. Increasing work productivity and safety levels can be achieved by optimizing the site layout, so the project can obtain maximum results. The first step in achieving the objectives of this research is to identify existing facilities in the project, determine the temporary facilities that will be moved, and calculate the distance between facilities using the Euclidean Distance Method. After that, the TD and DH values are calculated. The final step is to find the minimum equalization value of TD and DH from various scenarios obtained by swapping temporary facility positions and presenting the results of TD and DH calculations in the Pareto Optimal graph. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that from the 8 scenarios that have been planned, the site layout of the Samaview Residence Malang Apartment construction project is not optimal from the aspect of traveling distance and degree of hazard. Based on the calculations, the optimal site layout is obtained in alternative 2 where there is an exchange of facility locations between the iron fabrication and the scaffolding stockyard. This is showed by a traveling distance value of 11959 meters or a decrease of -2.44% from the existing site layout and a degree of hazard value of 9070 or a decrease of -1.36% from the existing site layout. There are no significant changes between the site layout for alternative 2 and the existing conditions, but the site layout for alternative 2 can be chosen because it has traveling distance and degree of hazard values that are smaller than the existing conditions.
