Abstract
Pabrik Amonium Nitrat PT.PQR adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi Amonium Nitrat (AN) dengan kapasitas produksi rata-rata 300.000 ton/ tahun. Energi listrik dan energi thermal (steam) merupakan komponen utama dalam proses produksi dengan jumlah total pemakaian energi yang cukup besar yaitu melebihi 6000 TOE/ tahun. Nilai unjuk kinerja energi pada periode tahun 2023 relatif tinggi yang berpengaruh pada kenaikan biaya produksi. Selain itu, sampai saat ini belum ditetapkannya baseload dan baseline energi menjadi dasar audit energi untuk mendapatkan peluang penghematan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengguna energi utama dengan Significant Energy Usage, mengidentifikasi unjuk kinerja energi dengan Specific Energy Consumption, menentukan baseload dan baseline energi dengan metode regresi linear, mengidentifikasi kinerja peralatan utama dengan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk mendapatkan peluang penghematan energi, merekomendasi hasil audit berdasarkan analisa simple payback period, serta bagaimana cara memonitor dan mengevaluasi implementasinya. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan sebagai berikut: pengguna energi listrik utama dari hasil Significant Energy Usage adalah unit 32 (AN Drying & Prilling), unit 87 (Sea Water Cooling), unit 85 (Distribution Board), unit 88 (Sweet Cooling Water), dan energi steam pada unit 38 (Steam Distribution) serta unit 82 (High Pressure Steam). Unjuk kinerja energi berdasarkan Spesific Energy Consumption rata-rata sebesar 1,69 GJ/ Ton AN. Baseload dan baseline energi ditentukan melalui persamaan regresi linear dengan nilai intercept 31.494 GJ sebagai baseload ditambah nilai slope 0,4899 dikalikan hasil produksi AN (ton). Berdasarkan Root Cause Analysis didapatkan peluang penghematan energi dari penggantian sensor auto cut off lampu dan penggantian lampu LED pada sistem penerangan sebesar 1.430,65 GJ/ tahun, pemasangan VSD (Variable Speed Drive (VSD)) pada cooling water system sebesar 27.993,60 GJ/ tahun dan penggantian steam trap pada distribusi steam sebesar 85.094,19 GJ/ tahun. Prioritas rekomendasi hasil Audit Energi dari perhitungan simple payback period yaitu sistem penerangan (low cost), penggantian steam trap pada distribusi steam (low cost) dan pemasangan VSD (medium cost). Monitoring dan evaluasi ditentukan dari deviasi baseline energi dan membuat rencana aksi temuan dari hasil monitoring

The PT.PQR Ammonium Nitrate Factory is a company engaged in the production of Ammonium Nitrate (AN) with an average production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. Electrical energy and thermal energy (steam) are the main components in the production process with a quite large total energy consumption, namely exceeding 6000 TOE/year. The energy performance performance value in the 2023 period is relatively high, which has an impact on increasing production costs. In addition, until now the baseload and energy baseline have not been determined as the basis for energy audits to obtain energy savings opportunities. This research aims to identify the main energy users using Significant Energy Usage, identifying energy performance performance using Specific Energy Consumption, determining energy baseload and baseline using the linear regression method, identifying the performance of main equipment using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method to obtain energy saving opportunities, recommend audit results based on simple payback period analysis, as well as how to monitor and evaluate its implementation. The research results are as follows: the main electrical energy users from the Significant Energy Usage results are unit 32 (AN Drying & Prilling), unit 87 (Sea Water Cooling), unit 85 (Distribution Board), unit 88 (Sweet Cooling Water), and energy steam in unit 38 (Steam Distribution) and unit 82 (High Pressure Steam). Energy performance performance based on Specific Energy Consumption averages 1.69 GJ/Ton AN. The baseload and baseline energy are determined through a linear regression equation with an intercept value of 31,494 GJ as the baseload plus a slope value of 0.4899 multiplied by the AN production yield (tons). Based on the Root Cause Analysis, it was found that the opportunity to save energy from replacing the auto cut off light sensor and replacing LED lights in the lighting system was 1,430.65 GJ/year, installing a VSD (Variable Speed Drive (VSD)) in the cooling water system amounting to 27,993.60 GJ/year. year and replacement of steam traps in steam distribution amounting to 85,094.19 GJ/year. Priority recommendations from the Energy Audit results from simple payback period calculations are lighting systems (low cost), replacing steam traps in steam distribution (low cost) and installing VSD (medium cost). Monitoring and evaluation is determined from energy baseline deviations and creating action plans based on monitoring results
