Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan ibu kota provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki jumlah kepadatan penduduk cukup pesat. Dari pertumbuhan yang meningkat serta perkembangan yang pesat tersebut menuntut masyarakat untuk melakukan interaksi pergerakan di berbagai tempat. Pengaruh perkembangan yang ada di Kota Surabaya mendorong adanya pembangunan fasilitas umum seperti ruko, kampus, dan stasiun kereta api. Pembangunan fasilitas umum tersebut akan berdampak pada parkir luar badan jalan (off street parking). Permasalahan off street parking yaitu terjadinya kebocoran pendapatan daerah yang berasal dari retribusi parkir. Salah satu penyebab permasalahan tersebut adalah ketiadaan sistem dan dasaran yang jelas yang dapat memprediksi potensi pendapatan parkir. Terdapat banyak studi kendaraan parkir yang telah dilakukan, akan tetapi output penelitian tersebut masih berupa penentuan SRP. Pada Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan volume kendaraan parkir pada ruko, kampus, dan stasiun kereta api di Kota Surabaya berbasis Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP) yang tersedia dan jam operasional. Pemodelan ini menggunakan bangkitan pergerakan dengan variabel terikat berupa volume kendaraan (Y) dan variabel bebas berupa SRP yang tersedia (X1) dan jam operasional (X2) di setiap land use. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan program bantu SPSS, diperoleh model volume kendaraan parkir untuk mobil weekday, motor weekday, mobil weekend, dan motor weekend. Untuk hasil model ruko yang dapat digunakan adalah Y = -1338,663 + 25,644 X1 + 19,038 X2; untuk hasil model kampus adalah Y = 45,100 + 8,838 X1 - 26,463 X2; dan untuk hasil model stasiun kereta api adalah Y = -165,127 + 24,369 X1.

Surabaya City is the capital city of East Java province which has a rapid population density. From the increasing growth and rapid development, it requires people to carry out movement interactions in various places. The influence of development in Surabaya City encourages the construction of public facilities such as shophouses, campuses, and railway stations. The development of these public facilities will have an impact on off street parking. The problem with off street parking is the leakage of local revenue from parking fees. One of the causes of this problem is the absence of a clear system and basis that can predict potential parking revenue. There are many parking vehicle studies that have been conducted, but the output of these studies is still in the form of SRP determination. This Final Project aims to model the volume of parking vehicles at shophouses, campuses, and train stations in Surabaya City based on available parking spaces (SRP) and operating hours. This modeling uses movement generation with dependent variables in the form of vehicle volume (Y) and independent variables in the form of available SRP (X1) and operating hours (X2) in each land use. From the results of the analysis conducted using SPSS, the parking vehicle volume models for weekday cars, weekday motorbikes, weekend cars, and weekend motorbikes were obtained. For the shophouse model results that can be used are Y = -1338,663 + 25,644 X1 + 19,038 X2; for the campus model results are Y = 45,100 + 8,838 X1 - 26,463 X2; and for the railway station model results are Y = -165,127 + 24,369 X1.
