Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan salah satu prasarana penting dalam menunjang kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat sehingga kondisinya harus selalu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah. Salah satu jalan kabupaten yang perlu diberi perhatian adalah jalan Bujangga STA 0+000 s.d STA 0+193,5 (Section A), Kabupaten Berau. Jalan ini mengalami kelongsoran saat sedang dilaksanakan proyek pelebaran badan jalan. Menurut pihak yang terkait, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh posisi
badan jalan yang berada pada tikungan sungai Segah. Posisi tersebut memungkinkan struktur terkena arus sungai dengan kecepatan tinggi sehingga terjadi gerusan di dasar sungai bagian depan turap perkuatan badan jalan. Gerusan tersebut menyebabkan tanah di depan turap terus tergerus sehingga pada akhirnya turap tidak dapat menahan tekanan akibat timbunan jalan, dan terjadilah kelongsoran.
Dari masalah di atas, direncanakan perkuatan alternatif: turap dengan perkuatan geotekstil di belakangnya dan turap berangker. Namun, perlu dihitung terlebih dahulu kedalaman gerusan yang terjadi akibat arus sungai Segah. Kedalaman gerusan ini akan menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan kedalaman tertanam turap. Untuk menghitung gerusan,
dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu perhitungan manual dan pemodelan dengan program bantu HEC-RAS. Lalu, untuk perancangan turap digunakan perhitungan konvensional dan program bantu Geo5 dan PLAXIS untuk mengecek stabilitas timbunan dan turap. Selain itu, dilakukan juga perhitungan terhadap biaya material perkuatan yang dipilih.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari dua alternatif yang direncanakan, perkuatan dengan turap berangker dipilih sebagai alternatif pilihan karena memenuhi angka keamanan serta defleksi yang dizinkan. Adapun spesifikasi turap yang digunakan yaitu SP-10H dengan panjang total 39 m. Angker yang digunakan memiliki panjang total 40 m dengan grout length sepanjang 10 m, serta diameter grouting sebesar 0,65 m. Estimasi biaya material yang dibutuhkan senilai

Highways are an important piece of infrastructure that supports people's daily activities, so the government must always be paid attention to their condition. One of the district roads that needs attention is Bujangga road STA 0+000 to STA 0+193.5 (Section A), Berau Regency.
This road experienced a landslide while a road widening project was being carried out. According to the parties involved, this is caused by the position of the road which is at the bend of the Segah river. This position allows the structure to be exposed to river currents at high speed, resulting in scouring of the river bed at the front of the road reinforcement sheet pile. This scouring causes the soil in front of the sheet pile to continue to erode, so that in the end the sheet pile cannot withstand the pressure caused by the road embankment, and a landslide occurs.
Based on the problem above, alternative reinforcement was planned: sheet pile with geotextile reinforcement behind it and anchored sheet pile. However, it is necessary to first
calculate the depth of scour that occurs due to the current of the Segah river. The depth of this scour will be a consideration in determining the depth of the sheet pile embedment. To calculate scour, it is done in two ways, namely manual calculation and modeling with the HEC-RAS
program. Then, to design the pile, conventional calculations and the geotechnical program, Geo5 and PLAXIS, are used to check the stability of the embankment and sheet pile. Apart
from that, calculations were also made of the costs of the selected strengthening materials. Based on the calculation results of the two planned alternatives, reinforcement with
anchored sheet piles was chosen as the alternative because it meets the allowable safety factors and deflection. The sheet pile used is SP-10H with a total length of 39 m. The anchor has a total length of 40 m with a grout length of 10 m, and a grouting diameter of 0,65 m. The estimated
material costs required are Rp47.072.016.000
