Abstract

Dalam setiap lingkungan kerja selalu ada risiko terjadinya potensi kecelakaan kerja yang mana besar risiko dapat terjadi relatif terhadap jenis industri, teknologi yang dipakai, dan upaya pengendalian risiko yang digunakan. Secara ringkas kejadian kecelakaan kerja dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor utama. Pertama, tindakan manusia yang tidak mencukupi standar keselamatan kerja. Kedua, tempat kerja yang tidak aman bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini mengusung Analisis Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan Metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) untuk mengidentifikasi sumber bahaya, menilai risiko yang ditimbulkan, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Analisis ini dilakukan pada area Tubing dan Moulding di PT. XYZ yang mana perusahaan ini adalah pabrik yang melakukan aktivitas manufaktur kemasan plastik serta percetakannya. Pengumpulatan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara bersama karyawan perusahaan. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini bahwa pada area Tubing terdapat 16 potensi bahaya meliputi 2 risiko rendah, 5 risiko sedang, 5 risiko tinggi, dan 4 risiko ekstrem. Serta pada area Moulding terdapat 11 potensi bahaya meliputi 2 risiko rendah, 4 risiko sedang, 4 risiko tinggi, dan 1 risiko ekstrem.

In every work environment there is always a risk of potential work accidents where the risk can occur relative to the type of industry, the technology used, and the risk control efforts used. In summary, work accidents are influenced by 2 main factors. First, human actions that do not meet work safety standards. Second, the workplace is unsafe for workers. This research carries out Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analysis using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) Method to identify sources of danger, assess the risks posed, and provide recommendations for improvement. This analysis was carried out in the Tubing and Molding area at PT. XYZ, this company is a factory that carries out plastic packaging manufacturing and printing activities. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews with company employees. The conclusion resulting from this research is that in the Tubing area there are 16 potential dangers including 2 low risks, 5 medium risks, 5 high risks and 4 extreme risks. And in the Molding area there are 11 potential hazards including 2 low risks, 4 medium risks, 4 high risks and 1 extreme risk.
