Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan karena karyawan merupakan aset yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Terhambatnya pengembangan karir pegawai, seringnya mutasi mengharuskan pegawai agar dapat membiasakan diri pada lingkungan kerja baru serta perbedaan intensif yang diterima oleh masing-masing karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bali Utara membuat munculnya masalah kepuasan karyawan. Untuk menciptakan kepuasan kerja itu sendiri terdapat beberapa faktor di dalamnya, seperti pengembangan karir, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pegawai UP3 Bali Utara, dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh dengan total responden adalah 112 karyawan (99 laki-laki, 13 perempuan), kemudian data diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk mengetahui hubungan antar setiap variabel dan indikator yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk pengaruh langsungnya pengembangan karir berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi melalui mediasi motivasi kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi melalui mediasi motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi melalui mediasi motivasi kerja

Employee job satisfaction is needed by companies because employees are very important assets for the company. The obstacles to employee career development, frequent transfers requiring employees to get used to new work environments, and the intensive differences received by each employee at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bali Utara have created employee satisfaction problems. To create job satisfaction, there are several factors involved, such as career development, compensation, work environment, and work motivation. Data collection in this research was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online. The population used was all UP3 Bali Utara employees, the research sample using a non-probability sampling technique, namely until saturation with a total of 112 employees (99 men, 13 women), then the data was processed using SEM-PLS to determine the relationship between each variable and indicator collected. The results of this research show that career development has a direct effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has no direct effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, career development has an indirect effect on job satisfaction through the mediation of work motivation, changes have an indirect effect on job satisfaction through the mediation of work motivation, and the work environment has an indirect effect on job satisfaction through the mediation of work motivation.
