Abstract

Pada proyek akhir ini, penulis melakukan kajian dengan menyusun suatu desain alternatif terhadap Gedung Tower 2 ITS. Struktur berupa bangunan gedung beton bertulang yang semula bertingkat 11 dengan 1 lantai pelat atap, akan ditingkatkan dengan menambahkan 3 lantai lagi sehingga menjadi 14 lantai. Permodelan dilakukan menggunakan program ETABS20. Elemen struktur dan pembebanan lantai tambahan sama dengan struktur eksistingnya. Dengan analisis beban gempa berdasarkan dengan SNI 1726-2019. Dibutuhkan evaluasi struktur bangunan eksisting untuk mengetahui kemampuan struktur bangunan akibat dari penambahan tingkat bangunan. Hasil permodelan menunjukkan kondisi gedung yang direncanakan masih aman. Nilai simpangan antar lantai struktur eksisting terbesar yang berada pada lantai atap adalah 28,00 mm yang mana masih dibawah simpangan ijin yaitu 60 mm dan nilai simpangan terbesar untuk struktur dengan penambahan lantai yang berada pada lantai 9 adalah 26,17 mm yang mana masih dibawah simpangan ijin yaitu 40 mm. Sedangkan pemeriksaan pada struktur yang sudah ditambahkan tingkatnya, bahwa seluruh elemen balok dan kolom masih kuat dan sanggup memikul beban-beban rencana.

In this final project, the writer conducted a study by proposing an alternative design for Tower 2 ITS Building. The structure, originally an 11-story reinforced concrete building with a roof slab, will be upgraded and making it a 14-story building with a roof slab by adding 3 more floors to the existing building. The modeling was done using the ETABS20 program. The structural element and loads of the additional floors are the same as the existing structure. The seismic load analysis based on SNI 1726-2019.An evaluation of the existing building structure is needed to determine its capacity due to the addition of building levels. The modeling results indicate that the planned building condition is still safe. The largest inter-floor displacement value in the existing structure, located on the roof floor, is 28.00 mm, which is below the permissible displacement of 60 mm. For the structure with additional floors, the largest displacement value, located on the 9th floor, is 26.17 mm which still below the permissible displacement of 40 mm. Meanwhile, the examination of the structure with added levels indicates that all beam and column elements are still strong and capable of supporting the planned loads.
