Abstract

Karakteristik kualitas utama untuk pengontrolan kualitas produksi semen di PT XYZ (Persero), Tbk adalah kuat tekan semen. Pengontrolan kualitas produksi semen dilakukan terhadap rata-rata dan variabilitas proses secara bersama-sama dengan peta kendali Max-EWMA. Measurement error dapat dijumpai pada karakteristik kualitas kuat tekan semen dan dapat memengaruhi sensitivitas peta kendali, sehingga pengontrolan kualitas akan dilakukan dengan pertimbangan adanya measurement error melalui tiga pendekatan, yaitu covariate, multiple measurement, dan linearly increasing variance. Variabel pendukung (auxiliary) turut menjelaskan variansi dalam proses produksi dan memiliki hubungan dengan karakteristik kualitas teramati sehingga turut menjadi pertimbangan dalam penelitian, dengan variabel blaine digunakan sebagai variabel auxiliary. Oleh karena itu peta kendali yang akan dibentuk adalah peta kendali Max-EWMAMEAI. Dengan peta kendali Max-EWMA dan Max-EWMA ME (Covariate) AI menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi semen di PT XYZ berdasarkan variabilitas dan rata-rata proses secara simultan telah terkendalli secara statistik. Peta kendali Max-EWMA yang telah terkendali memiliki batas kendali kendali atas UCL=1,503018 dan beberapa parameter yaitu

Main quality characteristic at XYZ Inc (Persero), Tbk that should be observed is compressive strength. Cement production quality control is carried out on the average and process variability jointly with the Max-EWMA control chart. Measurement error can be found in the compressive strength and can affect the sensitivity of the control chart, so that quality control will be carried out by considering the presence of measurement error through three approaches (covariate, multiple measurements, and linearly increasing variance). Auxiliary variable also explain variance in the production process so they are also taken into consideration in the research, with the blaine used as an auxiliary variable. Therefore, the control chart that will be formed is the Max-EWMAMEAI. With the Max-EWMA and Max-EMA ME (Covariate) AI control charts, it shows that the cement production process at XYZ Inc based on variability and process averages is simultaneously statistically controlled.
