Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel creatice self efficacy, leaadership style, locus of control, organizational culture, innovative work behavior, dan kinerja karyawan,. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah group leader produksi PT SIS yang berjumlah 111 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) creative self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, (2) creative self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) leadership style berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, (4) leadership style berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, (6) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (7) organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, (8) organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (9) innovative work behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to examine the influence of the variables creative self-efficacy, leadership style, locus of control, organizational culture, innovative work behavior and employee performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was PT SIS Production Group Leader totaling 111 respondents. Research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the SEM PLS program. The results of this research show that (1) creative self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, (2) creative self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, (4) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) locus of control has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, (6) locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, (8) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (9) innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
