Abstract
Efisiensi dan ketelitian dalam perencanaan proyek konstruksi merupakan aspek yang sangat mempengaruhi besarnya biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan. Sering kali terjadi perubahan gambar yang mengakibatkan perubahan pula pada perhitungan quantity. Apabila perhitungan tersebut dilakukan secara manual yang mana sering menggunakan asumsi dalam perhitungannya, maka akan rawan terjadi kesalahan. Karena hal tersebut, saat ini terdapat salah satu perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia konstruksi yaitu Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM merupakan perkembangan teknologi yang dapat memberikan akses agar pertukaran informasi menjadi lebih cepat sehingga berdampak pada pelaksanaan konstruksi. Selain itu, dengan teknologi yang dapat menggambarkan seolah-olah gedung tersebut sudah terbangun, dan memberikan informasi seperti quantity dari hasil permodelan bangunan tersebut, menunjukan bagaimana efisiensi dalam perencaaan proyek meningkat serta mengurangi kesalahan yang dapat terjadi apabila perhitungan volume pekerjaan dilakukan secara manual.
Pada proyek akhir ini penulis melakukan perbandingan volume pekerjaan yang dihitung menggunakan metode manual dengan hasil output volume software Tekla Structures yang mengadopsi konsep BIM. Dari perbandingan volume tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Studi kasus dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Suncity Sidoarjo lantai 2-lantai atap Tower A As 14-17 R-W.
Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah permodelan elemen struktur beton dan baja tulangan menggunakan software Tekla Structure Education Version. Setelah permodelan selesai kita lakukan cek Clash Detection yang merupakan salah satu fitur pada Tekla Structures untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi tabrakan (clash) antar elemen yang dimodelkan. Tahap berikutnya, output volume pekerjaan bisa kita dapat dan dibandingkan dengan metode perhitungan manual serta Bill of Quantity (BoQ) perencana. Dari output Tekla Structures didapatkan penurunan biaya pekerjaan sebesar 0,051% dari hasil perhitungan konvensional, deviasi yang terjadi menjadikan biaya yang dikeluarkan proyek lebih sedikit dan akurat. Dan hasil dari clash detection yang dilakukan dapat mengurangi biaya repair dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilapangan.

Efficiency and accuracy in planning construction projects are aspects that greatly affect the amount of cost and time required. Often there is a change in the drawing which results in a change in the quantity calculation. If the calculation is done manually which often uses assumptions in the calculations, it will be prone to errors. Because of this, currently there is one of the technological developments in the world of construction, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM is a technological development that can provide access so that information exchange becomes faster so that it has an impact on construction implementation. In addition, with technology that can describe as if the building has been built, and provide information such as the quantity of the building modeling results, shows how efficiency in project planning increases and reduces errors that can occur when calculating work volume is done manually.
In this final project, the author compares the volume of work calculated using the manual method with the output volume of the Tekla Structures software, which adopts the BIM concept. From the comparison of these volumes can affect the cost and time of project implementation. The case study was carried out in the construction project of the Suncity Sidoarjo Apartment Building, 2nd floor - the roof of Tower A As 14-17 R-W.
The first step is modeling the structural elements of concrete and reinforcing steel using the Tekla Structure Education Version software. After the modeling is complete, we check Clash Detection, which is one of the features in Tekla Structures, to find out if there is a collision between the elements being modeled. In the next stage, we can get the volume of work output and compare it with the manual calculation method and the planner's Bill of Quantity (BoQ). From the output of Tekla Structures, it was found that the cost of work decreased by 0.051% from the manual calculation method, the deviation that occurs makes the costs incurred by the project less and more accurate. And the results of the clash detection carried out can reduce repair costs and efficiency in carrying out work in the field.
