Abstract

PT X merupakan eksportir kendaraan bermotor sejak 2015 dalam bentuk CBU (Completely Built Up) dan CKD (Completely Knocked Down). Perusahaan dibantu oleh 3PL (Third Party Logistic) untuk proses ekspor, namun kondisi ini menimbulkan biaya yang cukup tinggi karena keuntungan tambahan 3PL. Keadaan tersebut menuntut perusahaan mempelajari alternatif pembanding ke perusahaan lain. Alternatif tersebut adalah model A, dimana perusahaan bekerjasama dengan 3PL (trucking-administrasi) dan juga perkapalan. Model ini mirip dengan model B, namun pada model B fungsi 3PL hanya sebagai trucking. Sementara itu, model C merupakan kerjasama dengan perkapalan yang berfungsi sekaligus sebagai 3PL (trucking-administrasi). Perusahaan ingin mengetahui model yang paling sesuai dengan strategi perusahaan untuk tetap mampu bersaing di pasar ekspor dengan mempertahankan proses ekspor yang baik. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui proses identifikasi masalah, proses studi literatur, pengumpulan data-data perbandingan alternatif, sampai pada proses pengolahan data. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dimulai dari proses pemilihan kriteria oleh seluruh supervisor, kepala departemen, dan kepala divisi ekspor. Kriteria terpilih tersebut diproses menggunakan fuzzy AHP untuk mendapat bobot kriteria dan kemudian metode fuzzy TOPSIS digunakan untuk menunjukkan alternatif terbaik, yaitu model operasional logistik C.

PT X is an exporter of motor vehicles since 2015 in the form of CBU (Completely Built Up) and CKD (Completely Knocked Down). The company is supported by 3PL (Third Party Logistic) for the export process, but this situation causes high costs due to the additional benefits of 3PL. This situation requires the company to investigate alternative comparisons with other companies. The alternative is Model A, where the company works with both 3PL (trucking administration) and shipping. This model is similar to model B, but in model B the 3PL only acts as a trucking company. Model C, on the other hand, is a cooperation with shipping, which acts as a 3PL (trucking-administration). The company wants to know which model best fits the company's strategy to remain competitive in the export market by maintaining a good export process. Therefore, this research was conducted through a process of problem identification, literature review, collection of alternative comparative data and data processing. Data collection and processing began with the selection of criteria by all supervisors, department heads and export division head. The selected criteria are processed using fuzzy AHP to obtain the weight of the criteria, and then the fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to show the best alternative, which is logistics operation model C.
