Abstract

Kendaraan bertenaga listrik mulai banyak digunakan masyarakat di Indonesia salah satunya sepeda motor listrik. Di tengah peningkatan pengguna kendaraan listrik ini, masih banyak masyarakat yang memiliki keraguan karena pengetahuan dan pengenalan akan kendaraan listrik yang masih kurang. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan media yang dapat menyediakan informasi mengenai sepeda motor listrik. Video eksplanasi dapat menjadi media untuk mengenai kendaraan listrik kepada masyarakat karena dapat merangkum dan memberikan penjelasan dengan grafis dan kata-kata yang sederhana. Dengan bentuk animasi 3D sendiri dapat membuat informasi yang disampaikan akan lebih mudah dimengerti, karena sifat nya yang memiliki volume dan kedalaman. Video eksplanasi 3D ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai sepeda motor listrik.

Pembuatan video eksplanasi berbentuk animasi 3D tentang sepeda motor listrik, dilakukan melalui metodologi riset dengan studi literatur dan eksisting. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan naskah dan storyboard. Dalam perancangan ini dilakukan depth interview pada narasumber di bidang animasi. Setelah melakukan hal tersebut dibuat prototype sebagai bahan penguji kepada audiens. Setelah mendapat hasil dari interview dan juga user test, eksekusi pembuatan video animasi 3D dilakukan dan diawali dengan perekaman voice over penjelasan video. Pembuatan video animasi 3D dilakukan dengan tahapan mulai dari modelling, texturing, rigging, animation lalu rendering. Dari video animasi yang telah dibuat, selanjutnya diolah melalui proses editing dan pemberian effect serta text menghasilkan video animasi 3D tentang sepeda motor listrik yang siap dipublikasikan.

Hasil akhirnya akan menjadi sebuah media pengenalan kendaraan sepeda motor listrik secara sederhana maupun mendalan dalam bentuk video 3D eksplanasi. Video animasi berbentuk 3D dengan durasi 8 menit yang berisi mengenai sepeda motor listrik dari mulai pengenalan komponen, cara kerja, hingga perawatan. Dibentuk dengan format output berkualitas 1080p beserta dengan voice narrator yang menjelaskan isi dari video. Video tersebut akan dipublikasikan melalui channel pada platform youtube yang dapat diakses masyarakat dengan mudah melalui internet. Diharapkan video eksplanasi 3D mengenai sepeda motor listrik dapat membantu menyediakan informasi yang berguna bagi masyarakat.

Electrically powered vehicles are starting to be widely used by people in Indonesia, one of which is electric motorbikes. In the midst of this increase in electric vehicle users, many people still have doubts because knowledge and recognition of electric vehicles is still lacking. Therefore, media is needed that can provide information about electric motorbikes. Explanatory videos can be a medium for communicating about electric vehicles to the public because they can summarize and provide explanations with simple graphics and words. With the form of 3D animation itself, the information conveyed can be easier to understand, because it has volume and depth. It is hoped that this 3D explanation video can help the public and increase knowledge about electric motorbikes.

Making an explanatory video in the form of a 3D animation about electric motorbikes was carried out using a research methodology using literature and existing studies. Then proceed with making the script and storyboard. In this design, in-depth interviews were conducted with sources in the field of animation. After doing this, a prototype is created as testing material for the audience. After receiving the results from interviews and user tests, the execution of making a 3D animated video was carried out and began with recording a voice over explanation of the video. Making 3D animated videos is carried out in stages starting from modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and then rendering. From the animated video that has been made, it is then processed through the editing process and providing effects and text to produce a 3D animated video about electric motorbikes which is ready to be published.

The final result will be a medium for introducing electric motorbikes in a simple or in-depth way in the form of a 3D explanation video. A 3D animated video with a duration of 8 minutes which contains information about electric motorbikes starting from component introduction, how they work, to maintenance. Formed in 1080p quality output format accompanied by a narrator's voice explaining the contents of the video. The video will be published via a channel on the YouTube platform which the public can access easily via the internet. It is estimated that 3D explanatory videos about electric motorbikes can help provide information that is useful for the public.
