Abstract

Bekerja di rumah dilakukan, saat terjdai pandemi COVID-19. Bekerja di rumah berlanjut hingga saat ini dalam kondisi tertentu. Namun gaya bekerja tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi rumah yang hanya dirancang untuk berhuni, seperti rumah dinas. Dengan memperhatikan aspek kualitas spasial yang ditinjau dari kualitas arah pandangnya, maka aspek tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan visual dan performa kerja seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan phenomenology. Tahapan pertama penelitian adalah melakukan observasi objek penelitian, serta pemilihan narasumber menggunakan data keusioner. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tematik, tema merupakan hal-hal terkait bagaimana kondisi spasial yang berkualitas untuk mengakomodasi aktivitas bekerja di dalam rumah menurut narasumber. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tematik, diusulkan bahwa konsep spasial pada ruang kerja yang berkualitas sebaiknya memiliki kemenerusan arah pandang yang lebih luas dan beragam, memiliki perabot esensial untuk bekerja, dan pemandangan dengan karakteristik natural

Working from home was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working from home continues today under certain conditions. However, this working style is a challenge for houses that are only designed for living in, such as official residences. By paying attention to aspects of spatial quality in terms of the quality of the direction of view, these aspects can influence a person's visual comfort and work performance. This research uses qualitative methods, with a phenomenology approach. The first stage of the research was observing the research object, as well as selecting sources using questionnaire data. Qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis, themes are things related to quality spatial conditions to accommodate work activities at home according to the interviewee. Based on the results of the thematic analysis, it is proposed that the spatial concept of a quality workspace should have a wider and more varied line of sight, have essential furniture for working, and views with natural characteristics
