Abstract

Penggunaan transportasi umum di Indonesia semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatan tersebut perlu dibarengi dengan penyediaan fasilitas umum yang mampu mewadahi kebutuhan mobilitas masyarakat dan dapat menyediakan berbagai moda transportasi dalam satu tempat yang sama yaitu transportasi hub. Transportasi hub ini nantinya akan menghubungkan transportasi umum eksisting yaitu kereta api dengan transportasi umum baru yang dihadirkan ke dalam objek rancang yaitu bus ramah disabilitas dan angkot. Selain itu, untuk menunjang transportasi hub ini akan digunakan pendekatan arsitektur inklusif. Arsitektur inklusif mempunyai tujuan utama yaitu menghilangkan barrier atau hambatan untuk memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua orang sehingga dapat berpartisipasi dalam lingkungan sosial tanpa adanya diskriminasi. Transportasi hub ini nantinya dapat diakses oleh semua orang termasuk pengguna disabilitas maupun pengguna dengan berbagai usia, hingga kebutuhan.

The use of public transportation in Indonesia has been increasing over time. This increase needs to be accompanied by the provision of public facilities that can accommodate the mobility needs of the community and provide various modes of transportation in one place, which is called a transportation hub. This transportation hub will connect existing public transportation, such as trains, with new public transportation introduced into the design concept, such as disability-friendly buses and angkot. Additionally, to support this transportation hub, an inclusive architecture approach will be implemented. Inclusive architecture aims to eliminate barriers or obstacles to provide equal opportunities for everyone to participate in the social environment without discrimination. This transportation hub will be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, as well as users of different ages, and needs.
