Abstract
Televisi merupakan sebuah perangkat elektronik yang umum digunakan sehari-hari baik untuk menerima informasi ataupun sebagai media hiburan. Pengendali televisi sendiri adalah sebuah remote control yang keberadaannya merupakan sebuah keharusan bagi sebuah televisi. Seiring berjalannya waktu, adanya remote control sebagai pengendali masih saja memiliki keterbatasan akses antar pengguna dimana hanya pemegang remote saja yang hanya bisa mengendalikan televisi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem yang dapat mengendalikan televisi menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network berbasis pose tangan. Dengan perintah kendalinya sendiri adalah Input, On/Off, Volume Up/Down, Channel Up/Down dengan pose tangan yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini mampu mengendalikan televisi dengan akurasi model sebesar 99% dengan rata-rata waktu respon bekisar antara 1000 sampai 2000 ms dengan jarak ideal 200 sampai 400 cm.

Television is an electronic device commonly used in daily life, serving both as an information receiver and entertainment medium. The TV remote control is a necessary tool for television control. However, over time, the use of a remote control still has limitations in user access, allowing only the remote holder to operate the television. Therefore, this research aims to create a system that can control the television using a Convolutional Neural Network based on hand poses. The control commands include Input, On/Off, Volume Up/Down, and Channel Up/Down, specified by predefined hand poses. This system can control the television with a model accuracy of 99%, and the average response time ranges between 1000 to 2000 ms, within an ideal distance of 200 to 400 cm.
