Abstract

Sektor perikanan Indonesia memiliki komoditas ekspor unggulan yang banyak diminati di pasar internasional, dengan salah satu komoditas unggulan yaitu ikan tuna. Indonesia merupakan produsen ikan tuna terbesar di dunia dengan produksi terbesar yaitu jenis ikan tuna Sirip Kuning. Pasar internasional utama Indonesia dalam mengekspor ikan tuna adalah Jepang. Negara Jepang merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat konsumsi ikan per kapita tertinggi di dunia, hal itu menyebabkan permintaan akan ikan tuna Indonesia menjadi tinggi. Banyaknya permintaan ekspor tuna disebabkan oleh konsumsi ikan dunia yang terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya khususnya ke negara Jepang. Hal ini berdampak pada produksi ikan tuna Sirip Kuning yang berfluktuasi. Sehingga peramalan jumlah ekspor ikan tuna Sirip Kuning sangat dibutuhkan bagi pemerintah untuk menentukan kebijakan dalam penyediaan tuna Sirip Kuning. Peramalan dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah ekspor ikan tuna Sirip Kuning pada periode mendatang menggunakan metode peramalan ARIMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ekspor ikan tuna Sirip Kuning ke pasar Jepang tertinggi pada bulan November 2014 dan terendah pada bulan Desember 2016. Rata-rata ekspor tertinggi berdasarkan bulan pada tahun 2014 hingga 2022 yaitu bulan Desember. Model ARIMA yang terbaik untuk meramalkan jumlah ekspor ikan tuna Sirip Kuning ke pasar Jepang adalah ARIMA (1,0,0). Akurasi model tersebut dilakukan menggunakan nilai RMSE sebanyak 6,63 dan MAPE sebanyak 30,39% sehingga akurasi model ini dikatakan cukup baik. Hasil ramalan model terbaik dilakukan untuk meramalkan periode bulan Januari hingga Desember 2023 dengan pendugaan jumlah ekspor ikan tuna Sirip Kuning ke pasar Jepang mempunyai tren yang menurun, dimana jumlah ekspor tertinggi terjadi bulan Januari dan paling rendah bulan Desember.

The Indonesian fisheries sector has superior export commodities that are in great demand on the international market, with one of the superior commodities being tuna. Indonesia is the largest tuna producer in the world with the largest production of yellowfin tuna. Indonesia's main international market for exporting tuna is Japan. Japan is one of the countries with the highest level of fish consumption per capita in the world, which causes the demand for Indonesian tuna to be high. The large demand for tuna exports is due to world fish consumption which continues to increase every year, especially in Japan. This has an impact on fluctuating yellowfin tuna production. So forecasting the number of yellowfin tuna exports is very necessary for the government to determine policies for the supply of yellowfin tuna. Forecasting is carried out to determine the number of yellowfin tuna exports in the future period using the ARIMA forecasting method. The research results show that the highest number of yellowfin tuna exports to the Japanese market was in November 2014 and the lowest in December 2016. The highest average exports by month from 2014 to 2022 is December. The best ARIMA model to predict the number of yellowfin tuna exports to the Japanese market is ARIMA (1,0,0). The accuracy of this model was carried out using an RMSE value of 6.63 and a MAPE of 30.39%, so the accuracy of this model is said to be quite good. The results of the best forecast model were carried out to estimate the period from January to December 2023 with the estimated number of yellowfin tuna exports to the Japanese market having a decreasing trend, where the highest number of exports occurred in January and the lowest in December.
