Abstract

PT Keyence Indonesia, atau yang dikenal dengan nama Keyence merupakan perusahaan yang berada di lini depan dalam hal otomatisasi pabrik. Sebagai bagian dari Keyence Corporation, perusahaan global yang berkantor pusat di Jepang, PT Keyence Indonesia menyediakan berbagai produk dan solusi yang digunakan dalam berbagai industri, seperti pembaca kode, penanda laser, sistem pandangan mesin, sistem pengukuran, mikroskop, sensor, dan eliminator statis. COBIT 2019 digunakan dalam proses penyelarasan manajemen data dan teknologi informasi bagi PT Keyence Indonesia dalam rangka memenuhi komitmen perusahaan. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan manajemen data dan teknologi informasi, ditetapkan IT-objectives dengan mengukur tingkat kemampuan menggunakan standar Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). Tujuh IT-objectives yang terpilih untuk penelitian ini mencakup APO02, APO04, APO07, APO08, APO09, BAI08, dan DSS01di dalam kerangka COBIT 2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi untuk penyusunan manajemen data dan teknologi informasi pada setiap objectives yang terpilih. Untuk setiap objectives yang terpilih, kemudian ditentukan tingkat pencapaian yang diharapkan. Ditemukan beberapa aspek fundamental yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti melakukan retrospesifikasi secara berkala untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kepatuhan produk dan layanan terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Selain itu, juga disarankan untuk menganalisis teknologi-teknologi baru yang diidentifikasi dan/atau saran inovatif lainnya di bidang I&T untuk memahami potensi bisnis, serta bekerja dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memvalidasi asumsi-asumsi mengenai potensi teknologi baru dan inovasi.

PT Keyence Indonesia, also known as Keyence, is a company at the forefront of factory automation. As part of Keyence Corporation, a global company headquartered in Japan, PT Keyence Indonesia provides various products and solutions used in various industries, such as code readers, laser markers, machine vision systems, measurement systems, microscopes, sensors, and static eliminators. COBIT 2019 is used in the process of aligning data and information technology management for PT Keyence Indonesia to fulfill the company's commitments. In an effort to enhance data and information technology management, IT objectives are established by measuring the capability level using the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standard. Seven selected IT objectives for this study include APO02, APO04, APO07, APO08, APO09, BAI08, and DSS01 within the COBIT 2019 framework. The results of this study consist of recommendations for the development of data and
information technology management for each selected objective. For each selected objective, the expected achievement level is determined. Several fundamental aspects that need improvement are identified, such as periodically retro-specifying to evaluate the performance and compliance of products and services with the company's needs. Additionally, it is recommended to analyze new technologies identified and/or other innovative suggestions in the field of I&T to understand business potential, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions about the potential of new technologies and innovations.
