Abstract

Pada saat ini perusahaan listrik negara membangun pembangkit listrik tenaga surya terapung di danau Cirata. Proyek ini harus dibangun dengan aman tanpa ada kecelakaan kerja, baik itu di daratan maupun di danau. Upaya agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja di tempat kerja, perusahaan menjalankan dan mengimplementasikan penerapan BBS (Behavior Based Safety) atau pengamatan keselamatan kerja berdasar tingkah laku pekerja. Pelaksanaan BBS dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengisi pengamatan kartu BBS yang sudah disediakan dan melakukan pengamatan tindakan tidak aman (unsafe act) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) serta kejadian nyaris celaka atau near miss. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan Analisa adalah model HORShe (house of risk for safety health etc). Metode ini mengevaluasi implementasi dari BBS untuk melihat prioritasnya.Hasil dari evaluasi ini adalah pelaksanaan pemenuhan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja. Keterlibatan pemimpin juga menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja karena mereka bisa dengan cepat mengambil keputusan.

This the State Electricity company built a new generation division than ordinary floating solar power cell on the lake Cirata. In power plant project, one of the necessary things is to build facility with safe and secure working on land or in the water. To prevent accident, company run and implement safety management system by using BBS (Behavior Based Safety) or safety observation at working place based on behavior of worker. The method usage is data collection observation from BBS card and to be evaluated uses the HORShe (House of Risk for Safety Health etc.) model. Result of evaluation of implementation are fulfilment of compliance with working procedures is one of the importance to the contribution. The involvement of leaders is the keys to the successful, to quickly make decision. And proposed upgrades are meeting before the work in the field, is a two-way communication steps between leaders and workers and contractor commitment. The priority of proposed can be continuing research by individually to get deeper root caused.
