Abstract

Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, tingkat kegiatan dan mobilitas akan semakin meningkat. Untuk memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam hal pergerakan, Pemerintah Indonesia membangun prasarana berupa jalan tol. Jalan Tol Trans-Jawa membentang antara Pelabuhan Merak, Cilegon, di Provinsi Banten hingga Pelabuhan Ketapang, Banyuwangi, di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Segmen Surabaya-Banyuwangi dalam tahap Pembangunan. Keberadaan jalan tol Banyuwangi-Surabaya nantinya akan berdampak pada pola perilaku dalam menggunakan moda transportasi. Terdapat empat moda transportasi yang ditinjau pada penelitian ini, yaitu: bus via tol (patas), bus non tol (ekonomi), kereta api, dan kendaraan pribadi mobil. Perbedaan waktu tempuh dan jarak yang disebabkan karena adanya jalan tol segmen Banyuwangi-Surabaya tersebut merubah preferensi pemilihan moda antara bus via tol (patas), bus non-tol (ekonomi), kereta api, dan kendaraan pribadi (mobil). Tujuan penelitian analisis pemilihan moda ini untuk mengetahui model yang tepat dan berapa proporsi masing-masing moda transportasi setelah jalan tol Banyuwangi-Surabaya terbangun. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara dengan analisis stated preference. Jumlah responden yang diambil untuk mewakili populasi yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 203 orang responden. Metode modal split berbasis cost ratio digunakan untuk menganalisa model pemilihan moda transportasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa model pemilihan moda transportasi rute Banyuwangi-Surabaya dengan fungsi hambatan eksponensial-negatif (β) dengan nilai NMAE= 0,0000087, dimana nilai NMAE semakin mendekati 0 maka dapat dikatakan model tersebut mendekati kondisi eksisting dan dapat digunakan untuk peramalan proporsi pemilihan moda transportasi rute Banyuwangi-Surabaya.

The Trans Java Toll Road stretches between Merak Harbor, Cilegon, and Banten Province to Ketapang Harbor, Banyuwangi, East Java Province. The Surabaya-Banyuwangi section is currently under development. The existence of the Banyuwangi-Surabaya toll road will have an impact on behavioral patterns in using transportation modes. There are four modes of transportation reviewed in this research, namely: toll buses (patas), non-toll buses (economy), trains, and private cars. The difference in travel time and distance is due to changes in modal preferences for the Banyuwangi-Surabaya toll road between toll buses (patas), non-toll buses (economy), trains, and private vehicles (cars). The aim of this mode selection analysis research is to find out the appropriate model and what proportion of each mode of transportation will be after the Banyuwangi-Surabaya toll road is built. Data collection in this research used questionnaire and interview methods with stated preference analysis. The number of respondents taken to represent the required population was 203 respondents. The cost ratio-based capital distribution method is used to analyze the transportation mode selection model. The result of this research is a transportation mode selection model for the Banyuwangi-Surabaya route with a barrier function or negative exponential (β) with a value of NMAE = 0.0000087, where the NMAE value is getting closer to 0, so it can be said that the model is approaching existing conditions and can be used to predict choices. proportion mode.
