Abstract

Memiliki pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak adalah salah satu hak asasi manusia yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Pasal 27 ayat (2). Pekerjaan bagi manusia berperan sebagai sarana untuk mengaktualisasikan diri sehingga manusia merasa hidupnya lebih berharga baik bagi dirinya, keluarganya maupun lingkungannya. Salah satu contoh pekerjaan adalah bekerja di Kantor Aneka Mesin Yogyakarta, Aneka Mesin adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industry manufaktur. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur mesin, Kontribusi sektor industri manufaktur terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Sejak 2010, sektor industri terus memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada PDB nasional, bahkan di kala puncak pandemi terjadi pada tahun 2020-2021. Pada 2021, sektor industri mencatatkan PDB sebesar Rp2.946,9 Triliun, meningkat dari tahun 2020 yang mencapai Rp2.760,43 Triliun. Kantor Aneka Mesin Yogyakarta berfokuskan pada pembuatan dan penyedia aneka mesin serta jasa pembangunan industri skala UMKM. Ketika bekerja akan muncul beberapa dampak pada tubuh seperti kelelahan fisik hingga stress. Stress kerja merupakan fenomena yang dihadapi oleh setiap karyawan ketika bekerja dan diatasi secara berbeda menggunakan cara mereka sendiri. Salah satu cara untuk menghidari stress kerja adalah dengan menerapkan Work-Life Balance. Work-Life Balance diartikan sebagai kemampuan seorang individu dalam memenuhi pekerjaan dan komitmen berkeluarga mereka serta tanggung jawab non-pekerjaan lainnya. Work-Life Balance menjadi konsep utama dalam desain interior yang diterapkan pada Kantor Aneka Mesin, hal ini diterapkan agar dapat membangun lingkungan kerja yang baik dan sehat, dimana konsep ini diharapkan dapat mencegah terjadinya stress kerja. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat dibangun, salah satunya dengan desain interior yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya. Desain interior yang mendukung pengguna dalam aktifitas sehari-harinya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, yang tentunya akan berdampak baik pada citra perusahaan pula.

Having a job and a decent living is one of the human rights which is regulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Article 27 paragraph (2). Work for humans acts as a means of self-actualization so that humans feel that their lives are more valuable for themselves, their families and their environment. One example of a job is working at the Aneka Mesin Office in Yogyakarta, Aneka Mesin is a company that operates in the manufacturing industry. This company operates in the machine manufacturing industry. The contribution of the manufacturing industrial sector to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) shows an increase from year to year. Since 2010, the industrial sector has continued to make the largest contribution to national GDP, even at the peak of the pandemic in 2020-2021. In 2021, the industrial sector recorded a GDP of IDR 2,946.9 trillion, an increase from 2020 which reached IDR 2,760.43 trillion. The Yogyakarta Aneka Mesin Office focuses on manufacturing and providing various machines as well as UMKM scale industrial development services. When you work, there will be several impacts on the body, such as physical fatigue and stress. Work stress is a phenomenon faced by every employee when working and is handled differently using their own methods. One way to avoid work stress is to implement Work-Life Balance. Work-Life Balance is defined as an individual's ability to fulfill their work and family commitments as well as other non-work responsibilities. Work-Life Balance is the main concept in interior design applied to the Various Machines Office, this is applied in order to build a good and healthy work environment, where this concept is expected to prevent work stress. A good work environment can be created, one of which is by designing an interior that suits the needs of its users. Interior design that supports users in their daily activities can increase work productivity, which of course will have a good impact on the company's image as well.
