Abstract

Peningkatan permintaan transportasi kereta api di pulau Sulawesi disebabkan oleh sulitnya transportasi massal yang menghubungkan kota dan kabupaten. Salah satu proyek nasional di bidang transportasi ialah pembangunan jalan rel Kereta Api Trans Sulawesi pada rute Makassar-Parepare. Sistem transportasi kereta didukung dengan adanya stasiun yang berfungsi sebagai akses penumpang untuk naik dan turun dari moda transportasi kereta. Perencanaan stasiun merupakan pemberhentian terakhir dari rute Makassar - Parepare berlokasi di dekat pelabuhan New Port Makassar dengan perencanaan jalur ganda (double track) dan jalur layang (elevated). Untuk mendapatkan bentuk dan luasan stasiun, maka perlu mempertimbangkan demand penumpang kereta dan antrian pembelian tiket. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan literatur mengenai perencanaan stasiun dan fasilitas stasiun diantaranya parkir dan perhentian bus. Metode yang digunakan untuk peramalan demand penumpang 50 tahun mendatang menggunakan metode regresi linier berdasarkan laju pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kota Makassar. Analisis yang dilakukan pada perencanaan Stasiun Makassar diperoleh demand penumpang sebesar 3.200 penumpang/jam dengan kedatangan kereta setiap 30 menit dari pengoperasian stasiun selama 18 jam/hari. Luasan ruang loket dan ruang tunggu stasiun diperlukan untuk merancang dimensi stasiun menggunakan LOS (Level of Service). Luasan peron yang diperlukan untuk umur rencana 50 tahun mendatang berdasarkan jumlah penumpang sebesar 1.808 m2 dengan panjang 226 m dan lebar 8 m. Luasan bangunan stasiun sebesar 3.150 m2 dengan satu rangkaian kereta berkapasitas 800 penumpang. Antrian yang terjadi di stasiun pada saat pembelian tiket dan juga antrian parkir kendaraan menggunakan metode antrian FIFO (First In First Out). Fasilitas parkir Stasiun Makassar direncanakan parkir mobil yang dapat menampung 191 SRP dan parkir motor sebanyak 595 SRP. Adanya fasilitas perhentian bus sebagai konektivitas moda transportasi kereta dengan angkutan umum bus untuk memfasilitasi penumpang kereta yang hendak beralih ke transportasi umum bus.

The increasing demand for rail transportation on the island of Sulawesi is due to the difficulty of mass transportation connecting cities and districts. One of the national projects in the transportation sector is the construction of the Trans Sulawesi Railway on the Makassar-Parepare route. The train transportation system is supported by a station that serves as an access for passengers to get on and off the train transportation mode. The station planning is the last stop of the Makassar - Parepare route located near the New Port Makassar port with double track and elevated planning. To get the shape and area of the station, it is necessary to consider the demand for train passengers and ticket purchase queues. Planning is done by collecting literature on station planning and station facilities including parking and bus stops. The method used for forecasting passenger demand for the next 50 years uses the linier regression method based on the population growth rate and Gross Regional Domestic Product of Makassar City. The analysis conducted on Makassar Station planning obtained a passenger demand of 3,200 passengers / hour with train arrivals every 30 minutes from station operations for 18 hours / day. The counter space and station waiting area are required to design the station dimensions using LOS (Level of Service). The platform area required for the next 50 years based on the number of passengers is 1,808 m2 with a length of 226 m and a width of 8 m. The station building area is 3,150 m2 with one train with a capacity of 800 passengers. Queues that occur at the station at the time of ticket purchase and also the vehicle parking queue using the FIFO (First In First Out) queuing method. Makassar Station parking facilities are planned for car parking that can accommodate 191 SRP and motorcycle parking as much as 595 SRP. There is a bus stop facility as a connectivity of train transportation modes with bus public transportation to facilitate train passengers who want to switch to bus public transportation.
