Abstract

Kesehatan Mental menjadi isu penting dalam lingkungan tempat kerja. SMK3 mengenai potensi bahaya psikososial menjadi concern tersendiri untuk PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan mempunyai banyak unit, salah satunya unit di divisi digital bisnis dan teknologi. PT. XYZ mengalami transformasi digitaslisasi organisasi dan dihadapkan dengan situasi VUCA yang dapat menimbulkan stress, sehingga dilakukan studi pendahuluan terhadap 30 responden menggunakan SDS (Stress Diagnostic Survey). Hasil studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa lebih dari 50% karyawan mengalami stress sedang dan stress berat, dengan stressor Over Load Quant yang menjadi stressor dengan tingkat stress terberat tertinggi. Stress berkelanjutan yang tidak di tangani dengan baik akan berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan mental karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur index kesehatan mental terkait tingkat stress dan mengindentifikasi stressor di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 41 karyawan dengan membaginya kedalam 3 kategori yaitu karyawan organik, prohire, kontrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu SDS untuk mengukur tingkat stress (ringan, sedang, berat) dan mengidentifikasi stressor sedangkan NASA-TLX untuk memperdalam temuan SDS pada studi pendahuluan mengenai beban kerja sebagai sumber stressor dengan stress berat tertinggi sehingga hasil akhirnya dapat dikategorikan menjadi beban kerja sujektif (underload, optimal load, overload). Hasil dari penelitian pada metode SDS ditemukan bahwa dari 3 kategori sampel, stressor Over Load Quant menjadi stressor dengan stress berat tertinggi dan karyawan prohire mengalami stress berat tertinggi dibandingkan yang lain. Dan pada metode NASA-TLX ditemukan bahwa dari 3 kategori sampel, terdapat beban kerja subjektif overload dan karyawan organik yang memiliki beban kerja subjektif overload tertinggi. Pada NASA-TLX indikator tertinggi yaitu temporal demand pada karyawan organik, frustration level pada karyawan prohire, effort pada karyawan kontrak

Mental Health is an important issue in the workplace environment. SMK3 regarding potential psychosocial dangers is a separate concern for PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a multinational company operating in the technology sector and has many units, one of which is the digital business and technology division. PT. XYZ experienced an organizational digitalization transformation and was faced with a VUCA situation which could cause stress, so a preliminary study was conducted on 30 respondents using SDS (Stress Diagnostic Survey). The results of the preliminary study found that more than 50% of employees experienced moderate stress and severe stress, with the Over Load Quant stressor being the stressor with the highest level of stress. Continuous stress that is not handled well will have a negative impact on employee mental health. This research aims to measure mental health indexes related to stress levels and identify stressors in the workplace. This research used a saturated sample of 41 employees by dividing them into 3 categories, namely organic, hired and contract employees. This research uses 2 methods, namely SDS to measure stress levels (light, moderate, heavy) and identify stressors, while NASA-TLX is to deepen the SDS findings in the preliminary study regarding workload as a source of stressors with the highest severity of stress so that the final results can be categorized as workload. subjective (underload, optimal load, overload). The results of research using the SDS method found that of the 3 sample categories, the Over Load Quant stressor was the stressor with the highest stress and professional employees experienced the highest stress compared to the others. And using the NASA-TLX method, it was found that of the 3 sample categories, there was subjective workload overload and organic employees had the highest subjective workload overload. In NASA-TLX the highest indicators are temporal demand for organic employees, frustration level for professional employees, effort for contract employees
