Abstract
Dermaga merupakan infrastruktur penting dalam bisnis proses MIND ID, dimana mengambil peran dalam proses bongkar muat bahan bakar. Dalam rantai pasok Gas Alam (LNG) pada umumnya LNG di transfer ke fasilitas regdasifikasi yang ada di darat dari kapal pengangkut LNG, secara teknis dibutuhkan infrastruktur jetty untuk proses transfer tersebut. Saat ini ada teknologi dermaga yaitu Jetty-Less System yang menungkinkan transfer LNG dari kapal pengangkut ke fasilitas darat tanpa perlu harus membangun infrastruktur jett/dermaga konvensional.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kriteria dan bobot kepentingan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan PT. Antam Tbk dan MIND ID dalam pemilihan infrastruktur dermaga konvensional atau Jetty-Less System dan menentukan pemilihan infrastruktur dermaga konvensional atau Jetty-Less System dengan memperhitungkan benefit terbesar, biaya terkecil dan resiko terendah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sembilan kriteria pemilihan yang kemudian dikelompokkan kedalam kelompok manfaat, biaya, dan resiko. Setiap alternatif dinilai berdasarkan kriteria pada setiap kelompok sehingga akan menghasilkan nilai dari setiap alternatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analytic hierarchy process (AHP) sebagai metode pendukung pemilihan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria manfaat dan biaya. Pada tingkat resiko dengan memperhatikan proabilitas terjadinya resiko dan dampak terjadinya resiko.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai kriteria dan bobot kepentingan yang menjadi kebutuhan dari PT. Antam Tbk dan MIND ID dalam memilih infrastruktur dermaga konvensional atau Jetty-Less System. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan mengenai perhitungan benefit, biaya, dan risiko antara infrastruktur dermaga konvensional atau Jetty-Less System, sehingga dapat menjadi landasan dalam menentukan pilihan bagi PT. Antam Tbk dan MIND ID.

The jetty is an important infrastructure in the MIND ID business process, which plays a role in the fuel loading and unloading process. In the Natural Gas (LNG) supply chain, generally LNG is transferred to regasification facilities on land from LNG transport ships, technically a jetty infrastructure is required for the transfer process. Currently, there is a jetty technology, namely the Jetty-Less System, which allows the transfer of LNG from transport ships to land facilities without the need to build conventional jett/pier infrastructure.
This study aims to determine the criteria and weight of importance required by the company PT. Antam Tbk and MIND ID in selecting conventional wharf infrastructure or Jetty-Less System and determining the choice of conventional wharf infrastructure or Jetty-Less System by taking into account the greatest benefits, the smallest costs and the lowest risks.
The results of this study known that there are nine selection criteria which are then grouped into groups of benefits, costs, and risks. Each alternative is assessed based on the criteria for each group so that it will produce a value for each alternative. This study uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as a method to support the selection of the best alternative based on cost and benefit criteria. At the risk level, taking into account the probability of the occurrence of the risk and the impact of the occurrence of the risk.
The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the criteria and importance weights that are the needs of PT. Antam Tbk and MIND ID in choosing a conventional jetty infrastructure or Jetty-Less System. The results of this study are also expected to provide input regarding the calculation of benefits, costs and risks between conventional jetty infrastructure or Jetty-Less System, so that they can become the basis for making choices for PT. Antam Tbk and MIND ID.
