Abstract

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic changed the landscape of life and business in
throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Social restrictions and hampered community mobility have encouraged the acceleration of the digitalization process, especially in the buying and selling system. However, this change in people's behavior does not only cover the consumer aspect, but also has an impact on economic growth, by increasing consumption power. This phenomenon creates an online shopping trend that involves consumers in online transactions, triggering the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia. This research uses a combined model of DeLone & McLean, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) to analyze the factors that influence the intention to continue using ecommerce. The analysis method uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS and verified with WarPLS to increase the accuracy of the analysis results. The research results show that system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction from the DeLone & McLean Model play an important role in forming sustainability intentions. In addition, variables from TAM, such as ease of use and usefulness, also have a significant impact on intention continuity. Users' trust in the security, integrity, and reliability of e-commerce has also been shown to play a key role in forming continuance intention to use. Managerial implications include strengthening service and information quality, focusing on user experience, building trust through security measures, and data-driven marketing strategies to attract and retain users
