Abstract

Tren menjamurnya kafe sangat pesat di Jayapura, Papua. Kafe Kakao Kita adalah salah satu usaha bisnis kafe yang berada di Jayapura. Salah satu permasalahan Kafe Kakao Kita yaitu proses bisnis pemesanan menu masih dilakukan secara manual dengan pelayan mencatat pesanan pelanggan menggunakan kertas dan pena. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Teknologi informasi dapat menyederhanakan dan menyajikan informasi secara cepat dan relevan. Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi yang paling relevan adalah pada perangkat mobile. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan proses bisnis Kafe Kakao Kita. Keunikan dari aplikasi ini terletak pada pendekatannya yang menggunakan pengembangan no-code menggunakan platform Glideapps. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile untuk proses bisnis pemesanan menu di Kafe Kakao Kita.

The trend of cafes mushrooming is very rapid in Jayapura, Papua. Kakao Kita Cafe is one of the cafe business ventures located in Jayapura. One of the problems of Kafe Kakao Kita is the menu ordering business process which is still done manually with waiters who record customer orders using paper and pens. Therefore, information technology is needed to meet these needs, so that customers get better service. Information technology can facilitate and present information quickly and relevantly. Currently, the most relevant development of information technology is on mobile devices. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mobile application that can meet the needs of Kafe Kakao Kita's business processes. The uniqueness of this application lies in the no-code development approach using the Glideapps platform. The result of this final project is a mobile application for the menu ordering business process at Kafe Kakao Kita.
