Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa) merupakan tanaman ini memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi dan dikonsumsi secara luas sebagai bahan makanan dan penyedap dalam masakan. Pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman pakcoy dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor termasuk ketersediaan nutrisi yang cukup. Penggunaan pupuk kimia digunakan dalam budidaya pakcoy, namun penggunaan berlebihan pupuk kimia dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia. Oleh karena itu, pencarian alternatif pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman menjadi penting. Biofertilizer yang digunakan yaitu kombinasi antara mikoriza dan bakteri Rhizobium sp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sehingga didapatkan data numerik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengukuran terhadap parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik yaitu Analysis of Variance aplikasi SPSS dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Tukey taraf α 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi biofertilizer kombinasi mikoriza dan Rhizobium berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman dengan hasil tertinggi ada pada perlakuan T2M1 (kombinasi mikoriza dan Rhizobium 1:1). Rerata tinggi tanaman T2M1 yaitu 31,03 cm, jumlah daun T2M1 yaitu 26, panjang akar T2M1 yaitu 35 cm, berat basah T2M1 yaitu 411,59 gram, dan berat kering T2M1 yaitu 26,63 gram. Aplikasi biofertilizer kombinasi mikoriza dan Rhizobium berpengaruh terhadap persentase infeksi mikoriza pada akar tanaman pakcoy dengan persentase tertinggi 90% pada perlakuan T2M1. Aplikasi biofertilizer kombinasi mikoriza dan Rhizobium berpengaruh pada kandungan N, P, dan K pada media tanam.

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa) is a plant that has high economic value and is widely consumed as a food ingredient and flavoring in cooking. The growth and production of pak choy plants is influenced by a number of factors including the availability of sufficient nutrients. The use of chemical fertilizers is used in pak choy cultivation, but excessive use of chemical fertilizers can cause negative impacts on the environment and human health. Therefore, the search for alternative organic fertilizers that are environmentally friendly and effective in increasing plant growth is important. The biofertilizer used is a combination of mycorrhiza and Rhizobium sp bacteria. This research uses quantitative methods to obtain numerical data. Data collection is carried out by observing and measuring the observed parameters including plant growth and productivity. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods, namely Analysis of Variance SPSS application and continued with the Tukey further test at α 5% level. The research results showed that the application of a biofertilizer combination of mycorrhiza and Rhizobium had an effect on plant growth and productivity with the highest yield in the T2M1 treatment (combination of mycorrhiza and Rhizobium 1:1). The average height of T2M1 plants was 31.03 cm, the number of T2M1 leaves was 26, the root length of T2M1 was 35 cm, the wet weight of T2M1 was 411.59 grams, and the dry weight of T2M1 was 26.63 grams. The application of a combination of mycorrhiza and Rhizobium biofertilizer affected the percentage of mycorrhizal infection in the roots of pak choy plants with the highest percentage being 90% in the T2M1 treatment. Application of a combination of mycorrhiza and Rhizobium biofertilizer affects the N, P and K content in the planting medium.
