Abstract

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a maintenance method that focuses on system reliability in providing optimal performance. One effort to increase the effectiveness of RCM is by integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) into the maintenance system. 3. The performance of the flow rate and pressure monitoring system has worked well. This is proven by the average value of 97.4%. And has an error value of 2.6% for flow rate measurements. Meanwhile, monitoring performance under pressure is not good. This is shown by the average pressure error value of 44.35%, span of 1608.8666 Pa, and sensitivity of 0.0057. This is because the pressure entering the sensor is no more than 1 bar so the sensor cannot calculate the actual pressure value accurately. The calculation values from the RCM machine also show no errors and differences in values with manual calculations so they have an accuracy of 100% compared to manual calculation values.
