Abstract
Kinerja suatu jalan dapat dilihat dari fungsi utamanya dalam mengalirkan arus lalu lintas. Setelah fungsi utama terpenuhi, keberlanjutan infrastruktur jalan perlu dilakukan penilaian sebagai salah satu bentuk evaluasi, sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat keberlanjutan serta kebermanfaatan infrastruktur jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh kriteria jalan yang berkelanjutan dan merancang Framework penilaian keberlanjutan infrastruktur jalan di Indonesia. Framework penilaian keberlanjutan jalan didapatkan melalui seleksi kriteria-kriteria berkelanjutan dari kajian teori dan diskusi bersama dengan Expert atau pakar di bidang jalan kemudian dikelola dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan mereduksi variabel menggunakan indeks kepentingan relative dan pembobotan variabel menggunakan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian model penilaian keberlanjutan jalan pada salah satu objek jalan yang berstatus sebagai jalan yang baru ditingkatkan kapasitasnya (Pelebaran dan Peningkatan) dan memiliki prasyarat keberlanjutan yang ada di Indonesia menggunakan metode Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) dengan melakukan evaluasi penilaian jalan yang didapatkan melalui penilaian harapan dan realita yang dinilai oleh pengelolah objek jalan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Framewok penilaian jalan berkelanjutan di Indonesia terdiri dari kriteria keberlanjutan sosial dengan 9 sub kriteria, keberlanjutan ekonomi dengan 6 sub kriteria, keberlanjutan lingkungan dengan 4 sub kriteria, dan keberlanjutan manajemen dengan 3 sub kriteria. Dengan pembobotan yang telah didapat mengunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), hasil dari penilaian tersebut dapat mengakomodasi nilai keberlanjutan jalan pada kondisi dilapangan secara keseluruhan, dengan metode Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) melalui kuesioner perbandingan nilai harapan dan realita. Melalui model penilaian ini dapat melihat kriteria yang ingin dipenuhi untuk mencapai keberlanjutan jalan di Indonesia. Pada penerapannya hasil akhir dari model penilaian melalui studi kasus didapatkan nilai keberlanjutan jalan sebesar 0.456. Sehingga nilai tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan suatu jalan

The performance of a road can be seen from its main function in carrying out traffic flow. After the main function is fulfilled, the sustainability of the road infrastructure needs to be assessed as a form of evaluation, so that the level of sustainability and usefulness of the road infrastructure can be known. This research aims to obtain criteria for sustainable roads and design a framework for assessing the sustainability of road infrastructure in Indonesia. The road sustainability assessment framework was obtained through the selection of sustainable criteria from theoretical studies and discussions with experts in the road sector, then managed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by reducing variables using a relative importance index and weighting variables using a paired comparison questionnaire. Next, testing of the road sustainability assessment model was carried out on one of the road objects which has the status of a road whose capacity has just been increased (widening and improvement) and has the existing sustainability prerequisites in Indonesia using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) method by evaluating the road assessment obtained through the assessment. expectations and realities assessed by the manager of the road object. Based on the results of Framewok's analysis, the assessment of sustainable roads in Indonesia consists of social sustainability criteria with 9 sub-criteria, economic sustainability with 6 sub-criteria, environmental sustainability with 4 sub-criteria, and management sustainability with 3 sub-criteria. With the weighting that has been obtained using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the results of this assessment can accommodate the road sustainability value in overall field conditions, using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) method through a questionnaire comparing expected and reality values. Through this assessment model, you can see the criteria you want to fulfill to achieve road sustainability in Indonesia. In its application, the final results of the assessment model through case studies obtained a road sustainability value of 0.456. So this value can be used as evaluation material in improving the sustainability of a road
