Abstract

Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat efektivitas mesin pasting adalah availability ratio dengan persentase rata-rata availability ratio mesin pasting dari bulan Agustus 2022 – November 2022 sebesar 96,25%, performance ratio dengan persentase rata-rata dari bulan Agustus 2022 – November 2022 sebesar 89,75%, serta rate of quality product dengan persentase rata-rata dari bulan Agustus 2022 – November 2022 sebesar 100%. Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada Mesin Pasting sudah melewati batas minimum yaitu 85%, sehingga salah satu pilar Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) sudah tercapai. Artinya Perusahaan PT. Tri Mega Baterindo sudah menerapkan TPM dengan baik dan efektif. Hanya saja pada bulan Oktober nilai OEE berada pada batas minimum yaitu 85%, dengan availability 94%, Performance ratio 90%, dan rate quality of product 100% sehingga bisa ditingkatkan lagi availability dan performance rationya karena pada bagian downtime pada bulan Oktober paling lama yaitu 9,1 Jam. Proses yang dilakukan untuk membuat Aki dari bahan mentah hingga menjadi bentuk produk jadi pada PT.Tri Mega Baterindo adalah proses casting, pasting, curing, aging, formation, drying, cutting brushing, dan yang terakhir adalah assembly.

Factors that influence the level of effectiveness of the pasting machine are the availability ratio with the average percentage of the pasting machine availability ratio from August 2022 - November 2022 amounting to 96.25%, the performance ratio with the average percentage from August 2022 - November 2022 amounting to 89.75 %, as well as the rate of product quality with an average percentage from August 2022 – November 2022 of 100%. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the Pasting Machine has exceeded the minimum limit of 85%, so that one of the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) has been achieved. This means that the company PT. Tri Mega Baterindo has implemented TPM well and effectively. It's just that in October the OEE value is at the minimum limit, namely 85%, with availability of 94%, performance ratio of 90%, and rate of quality of product of 100% so that the availability and performance ratio can be further increased because the downtime in October is the longest, namely 9.1 Hours. The process carried out to make a battery from raw materials to a finished product at PT. Tri Mega Baterindo is the process of casting, pasting, curing, aging, formation, drying, cutting brushing, and finally assembly.
