Abstract

Divisi Kapal Perang departemen dukungan (Support) PT. PAL Indonesia Salah satu unit kerja di PT PAL Indonesia yang bertugas melakukan maintenance adalah Divisi Kapal Perang Departemen Dukungan (Support). Menurut data yang didapat dari PT. PAL Indonesia pada awal hingga akhir tahun 2023, mesin yang memiliki fresquensi kerusakan terbanyak yaitu shiplift sehingga mengakibatkan banyak konsequensi akibat kegagalan yang muncul, maka dari itu objek peneilitian difokuskan pada mesin shiplift tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) yang memiliki kelebihan failure consequence yakni mengutamakan tindakan utama preventive maintenance mencegah dan meminimalisasi konsequensi akibat kegagalan yang muncul, sehingga dapat meningkatkan reliability dan safety dari peralatan yang digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan di dapatkan hasil dari analisa FMEA dengan perhitungan nilai RPN, dan berdasarkan downtime yaitu terdapat komponen kritis penyebab terjadinya kerusakan shiplift yaitu Komponen Platform dengan nilai RPN 252. Dalam komponen shiplift terdapat 54 mode kegagalan yang terjadi, 9 komponen yang dapat diatasi secara Time Directed (TM) yaitu perawatan yang diarakan secara langsung pada pencegahan kegagalan atau kerusakan, 3 komponen yang dapat diatasi secara Condition Directed (CD) yaitu Perawatan yang diarahkan pada deteksi kegagalan atau gejala-gejala kerusakan, 7 komponen yang dapat diatasi dengan Finding Failure (FF) yaitu Perawatan yang diarahkan pada penemuan kegagalan tersembunyi, serta 3 komponen shiplift yang di tangani dengan cara Run To Failure (RTF) yaitu perawatan yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan untuk menjalankan komponen hingga rusak karena pilihan lain tidak memungkinkan atau tidak menguntungkan dari segi ekonomi dan umur komponen masih layak digunakan. kemudian redesign dilakukan pada komponen platform yang mengalami kegagalan Struktur kayu yang keropos, yang disebabkan ketebalan dan umur dari kayu tersebut.

PAL Indonesia at the beginning to end of 2023, the machine that has the highest frequency of downtime is the shiplift, resulting in many consequences due to failures that arise, therefore the object of research is focused on the shiplift machine. By using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method which has the advantages of failure consequence, namely prioritizing the main action of preventive maintenance to prevent and minimize consequences due to failures that arise, so as to increase the reliability and safety of the equipment used.
Based on the analysis carried out, the results of the FMEA analysis were obtained with the calculation of the RPN value, and based on downtime, there was a critical component that caused the shiplift damage, namely the Platform Component with a value of RPN 252. In the shiplift component there are 54 failure modes that occur, 9 components that can be overcome by Time Directed (TM), namely maintenance that is carried out directly on the prevention of failure or damage, 3 components that can be overcome by Condition Directed (CD), namely Treatment directed at detecting failures or symptoms of damage, 7 components that can be overcome by Finding Failure (FF), namely Treatment directed at finding hidden failures, and 3 shiplift components that are handled by Run To Failure (RTF), namely maintenance based on considerations to run components until damaged because other options are impossible or unprofitable In terms of economy and life, the components are still suitable for use. Then redesign was carried out on platform components that experienced failure The porous wooden structure, which was caused by the thickness and age of the wood.
