Abstract
Pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembangunan Bendungan Margatiga terletak di Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah menggunakan metode bore log yang dilakukan Konsultan, didapatkan bahwa pada fondasi bangunan spillway dan bangunan pengambilan berada pada kondisi geologi yang tersusun secara dominan oleh endapan pasir dan porous atau mudah menyerap air, serta batuan dengan karakteristik batuan tuff halus, menandakan bahwa fondasi bangunan tersebut rawan terhadap rembesan. Penanganan rembesan yang terdapat pada kontrak adalah metode curtain grouting sedalam 20 meter dengan jarak antar titik 2 meter. Perlu dilakukan trial grouting di 3 zona lokasi untuk memastikannya. Didapatkan untuk zona timbunan kiri terdapat peningkatan nilai permeabilitas dengan hasil pada stage 4 (kedalaman 15-20 m) nilai k = 8,19 x 10-5 cm/detik, dan Nilai Lu = 0,52 dengan rata-rata penyerapan semennya 41,92 kg/m, pada zona timbunan kanan terdapat peningkatan nilai permeabilitas dengan hasil pada stage 4 (kedalaman 15-20 m) nilai k = 1,73 x 10-5 cm/detik dan Nilai Lu = 1,32 dan rata-rata penyerapan semennya 31,74 kg/m, dan pada zona bangunan pelimpah dan pengambilan dihasilkan tidak terjadi peningkatan nilai permeabilitas dengan nilai permeabilitas (k) > 10-5 cm/detik dan nilai lugeon (Lu) > 20 dengan rata-rata penyerapan semennya 194,05 kg/m. Sehingga pada zona bangunan pelimpah dan pengambilan rawan terhadap rembesan, dan akan menimbulkan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang tidak efektif apabila tetap dikerjakan menggunakan metode curtain grouting. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan studi literatur dapat menggunakan secant pile. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis desain secant pile. Pada pekerjaan timbunan tubuh bendungan sisi kiri dan kanan perlu dilaksanakan review untuk optimalisasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan dikarenakan memiliki faktor keamanan yang terlampau tinggi dari faktor keamanan yang disyaratkan. Perencanaan desain secant pile dan perhitungan evaluasi penampang digunakan software bantu hitung analisa rembesan dan stabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisa pemodelan dan evaluasi perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan yang memenuhi kriteria, rekomendasikan untuk penanganan rembesan menggunakan secant pile yaitu dengan dimensi 80 cm, overlap 15 cm dan kedalaman sampai dengan elevasi -10 dan rekomendasi penampang tubuh bendungan yaitu dengan melakukan modifikasi kemiringan bagian hulu 1:2,5 dan hilir 1:1,75.

The construction work for the Margatiga Dam is located in East Lampung Regency. Based on the results of a soil investigation using the bore log method carried out by the Consultant, it was found that the foundations of the spillway building and intake building are in a geological condition that is composed predominantly of sand and porous deposits or easily absorbs water, as well as rocks with the characteristics of fine tuff rock, indicating that the foundation The building is prone to seepage. The seepage treatment contained in the contract is the curtain grouting method 20 meters deep with a distance of 2 meters between points. It is necessary to carry out trial grouting in 3 location zones to be sure. It was found that for the left embankment zone there was an increase in the permeability value with the results at stage 4 (15-20 m depth) the k value = 8,19 x 10-5 cm/second, and the Lu value = 0,52 with an average cement absorption of 41,92 kg/m, in the right embankment zone there is an increase in permeability values with results at stage 4 (depth 15-20 m) k value = 1,73 x 10-5 cm/sec and Lu value = 1,32 and average absorption the cement was 31,74 kg/m, and in the spillway and intake building zone, there was no increase in the permeability value with a permeability value (k) > 10-5 cm/sec and a lugeon (Lu) value > 20 with an average cement absorption of 194,05 kg/m. So the spillway and intake building zones are prone to seepage, and will result in costs and ineffective work implementation time if carried out using the curtain grouting method. Based on the results of observations and literature studies, secant piles can be used. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the secant pile design. In the work on filling the dam body on the left and right sides, a review needs to be carried out to optimize the implementation of the work because it has a safety factor that is too high than the required safety factor. Secant pile design planning and cross-section evaluation calculations use software to help calculate seepage and stability analysis. Based on the results of modeling analysis calculations and evaluation of cost and implementation time calculations that meet the criteria, it is recommended to handle seepage using secant piles, namely with dimensions of 80 cm, overlap of 15 cm and a depth of up to -10 elevation and recommendations for the cross-section of the dam body, namely by modifying the slope of the section. upstream 1:2.5 and downstream 1:1.75.
