Abstract

Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) adalah salah satu indikator yang bisa digunakan untuk melihat Tingkatan Pengangguran disuatu wilayah. Namun, tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada Februari 2022 mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,43% dibandingkan dengan Februari 2021. Sehingga dari kasus tersebut perlu diteliti faktor-faktor yang diduga memengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Indonesia dengan periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode yang mampu menganalisis model Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Indonesia, yaitu dengan menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil karakteristik data menunjukkan bahwa rata rata tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia cenderung mengalami penurunan, tetapi mengalami peningkatan yang cukup drastik pada tahun 2020. Kemudian rata-rata indeks pembangunan manusia di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan terus menerus di setiap tahunnya, dengan tingkat tertinggi pada tahun 2022. Kemudian rata-rata nilai persentase penduduk miskin di Indonesia membentuk pola yang menunjukkan kecenderungan turun yang terjadi pada enam tahun terakhir, dengan penurunan tertinggi berada pada tahun 2022. Rata-rata persentase laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia mengalami penurunan selama enam tahun terakhir, dengan penurunan tertinggi berada pada tahun 2022. Model regresi data panel yang sesuai untuk analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran terbuka adalah fixed effect model (FEM) individu. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap model adalah adalah indeks Pembangunan manusia dan persentase penduduk miskin. Variabel tersebut menjelaskan tingkat pengangguran terbuka sebesar 99% dan 1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model.

The unemployment rate (TPT) is one indicator that can be used to see the Unemployment Rate in a region. However, the unemployment rate in February 2022 decreased by 0.43% compared to February 2021. So from this case, it is necessary to examine the factors that allegedly affect the unemployment rate (TPT) in Indonesia with the period 2017 to 2022. This research will use a method that is able to analyze the unemployment rate model in Indonesia, namely by using panel data regression. The results of data characteristics show that the average unemployment rate in Indonesia tends to decrease, but experienced a fairly drastic increase in 2020. Then the average human development index in Indonesia has increased continuously every year, with the highest level in 2022. Then the average value of the percentage of poor people in Indonesia forms a pattern that shows a downward trend that has occurred in the last six years, with the highest decline being in 2022. The average percentage of population growth rate in Indonesia has decreased over the past six years, with the highest decline being in 2022. The panel data regression model suitable for the analysis of factors affecting the unemployment rate is the individual fixed effect model (FEM). The variables that have a significant influence on the model are the human development index and the percentage of poor people. This variable explains that the unemployment rate of 99% and the other 1% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
