Abstract

Transformasi digital semakin didukung oleh Pemerintah Indonesia dengan diterbitkannya Cetak Biru Strategi Transformasi Digital Kesehatan 2024. Peraturan ini menegaskan bahwa seluruh Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan Rekam Medis Elektronik sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri ini. Akan tetapi, masih banyak penerapan aplikasi kesehatan yang gagal dalam mencapai tujuannya dikarenakan komunikasi antara aplikasi dan pengguna tidak berjalan dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya perancangan desain antarmuka yang nyaman untuk menunjang fungsionalitas dari aplikasi kesehatan sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanannya. Pada tugas akhir ini, digunakan metode design thinking dalam perencangan desain antarmuka aplikasi. Data kebutuhan pengguna dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian, data yang sudah dikumpulkan akan diolah melalui proses pembuatan BPMN, user persona, value proposition, dan pendefinisian functional requirement. Setelah itu, akan dilakukan pengembangan ide desain antarmuka aplikasi berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data. Kemudian dilakukan pembuatan alur desain antarmuka dengan tingkatan low-fidelity sampai high-fidelity yang meliputi tata letak, navigasi, dan elemen visual yang memudahkan pemahaman pengguna. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa desain antarmuka yang sudah dioptimalkan agar pencatatan rekam medis digital dapat berjalan lancar, memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, dan mudah diimplentaasi.

Digital transformation is increasingly supported by the Indonesian government with the issuance of the Blue Director of the Digital Health Transformation Strategy 2024. This regulation confirms that all health service facilities must carry out electronic medical records in accordance with the provisions in this Ministerial Regulation. However, there are still many application of health applications that fail in achieving their goals because communication between the application and the user does not run well. Therefore, it is necessary to design a comfortable interface design to support the functionality of health applications so that it can help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its services. In this study, the design of the design method in the design of the design interface design is used. Data on user needs is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Then, the data that has been collected will be processed through the process of creating BPMN, user persona, value proposition, and defining functional requirements. After that, application interface design ideas will be developed based on the results of data processing. Then, an interface design flow is carried out at low-fidelity to high-fidelity levels, which includes layout, navigation and visual elements that make it easier for users to understand. The resulting output is an interface design that has been optimized so that digital medical record can run smoothly, meet user needs, and be easy to implement.
