Abstract

Proses pembuatan sandal di Industri kecil diperlukan banyak waktu dan memerlukan proses lanjutan pada mesin pengeboran untuk lubang sandal sehingga efisiensi kerja pembuatan sandal menjadi menurun. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuat "Prototipe Mesin Pemotong dan Pelubang Sandal Dengan Sistem Hidrolik", digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pembuatan sandal, meningkatkan efisiensi ketja, memperbaiki mesin press manual yang ada pada industri kecil dan di lakukan proses pelubangan sandal sekaligus. Dari hasil perhitungan dan pengujian didapatkan yaitu : Mesin bekerja dengan baik, motor Listrik: 0,167 kW/ 1450 rpm/ 1 fase (transmisi), 1,492 kW I 1450 rpm/ 3 fase (hidrolik), dengan gaya penekanan sebesar 16.456,52 N, 1.679,24 kg, Pompa yang digunakan adalah tipe Gear pump CB1AF5 WUXI kapasitas 5 cc I tekanan sebesar 20 Mpa, Monoblock directional control / rev valve 2 stik, jenis belt tipe A nomor 18 dan 46

The process of making sandals in small industries takes a lot of time and requires further processing on drilling machines for sandal holes so that the work efficiency of making sandals decreases. To overcome this problem, a "Prototype of Sandal Cutting and Punching Machine with a Hydraulic System" was created, used to speed up the process of making sandals, increase work efficiency, improve manual press machines in small industries and carry out the process of punching sandals at once. From the results of calculations and tests it was found that: The engine works well, electric motor: 0.167 kW/ 1450 rpm/ 1 phase (transmission), 1.492 kW I 1450 rpm/ 3 phases (hydraulic), with a pressing force of 16,456.52 N, 1,679 .24 kg, The pump used is a Gear pump type CB1AF5 WUXI capacity 5 cc I pressure of 20 Mpa, Monoblock directional control / rev valve 2 sticks, belt type A number 18 and 46
