Abstract
Seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban manusia, teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan pesat diseluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Peningkatan ini tercermin dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi, terutama layanan internet sebagai pendukung fungsional. Sesuai dengan arahan Presidan Republik Indonesia mengenai kebijakan dan strategi nasional pengembangan e-government, diharapkan pemerintah mampu menyediakan layanan yang efisien, efektif, akuntabel, dan transparan. Salah satu implementasinya melalui penggunaan situs web di berbagai lembaga, baik pemerintah maupun non-pemerintah. Bosara adalah salah satu situs web yang dimiliki Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan telah diimplementasikan sebagai platform belanja online untuk masyarakat Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan website Bosara. Analisis kualitas website akan dilakukan menggunakan Webqual 4.0 sebagai alat evaluasi. Populasi dan sampel melibatkan pegawai daerah, pelaku UMK, OPD kabupaten/kota, dan beberapa pengguna lainnya yang menggunakan website tersebut. Metode analisis melibatkan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis Webqual Index, dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, dan visual quality secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas website Bosara (p-value <0.05). Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan website Bosara di masa yang akan datang.

Along with the advancement of human civilization, information technology has experienced rapid development throughout the world, including Indonesia. This increase is reflected in the use of information technology as a functional support. In accordance with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the national policy and strategy for e-government development, it is expected that the government can provide efficient, effective, accountable, and transparent services. One of the implementations is through the use of website in various institutions, both government and non-government. Bosara is one of the websotes owned by the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government and has been implemented as an online shopping platform for the people of Southeast Sulawesi. This research aims to analyze user satisfaction in using the Bosara website. Website quality analysis will be conducted using Webqual 4.0 as an evaluation tool. The population and sample involve regional employees, UMK stakeholders, OPD district/city, and several other who use the website. The analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, Webqual Index analysis, and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research indicate that te variables of usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and visual quality significantly influence user satisfaction with the Bosara website (p-value <0.05). This study also provides managerial implications for improvement and development of the Bosara website in the future.
