Abstract
Dalam menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal, PT ABC yang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara di bidang ketenagalistrikan, telah melakukan transformasi bisnis melalui proses holdingisasi dengan membentuk empat subholding, termasuk PT XYZ yang fokus di bidang pembangkitan tenaga listrik. Berdirinya holdingisasi memberikan peluang bagi PT XYZ untuk tumbuh dan berkembang, terutama dengan meningkatnya kapasitas aset pembangkit listrik dan sumber daya manusia akibat pengalihan kepemilikan aset dari PT ABC sebagai holding ke PT XYZ. Namun peluang tersebut juga memiliki potensi risiko, terutama terkait kegagalan pengelolaan pembangkit listrik dan penerapan teknologi informasi pada unit baru. Salah satu potensi risiko adalah kegagalan penerapan sistem Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), yang merupakan sistem informasi penting untuk pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan aset. Oleh karena itu, untuk memitigasi risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan implementasi sistem EAM, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan model keberhasilan sistem informasi DeLone & McLean dengan model UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) dengan penambahan variabel adopsi simbolis (symbolic adoption) yang disesuaikan dengan lingkungan penggunaan wajib. Model yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan dan penerimaan sistem EAM, guna memastikan efektivitas pengelolaan manajemen aset dan meminimalkan risiko kegagalan di unit pembangkit. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial, kebiasaan, pelatihan dan pembelajaran memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap adopsi simbolis. Selain itu, faktor adopsi simbolis, kualitas informasi, layanan, dan sistem secara signifikan mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem. Efektivitas penggunaan sistem EAM dan kualitas sistem juga berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Efektivitas penggunaan sistem EAM menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih, yang menandakan adanya dampak nyata penggunaan EAM terhadap kinerja baik organisasi maupun individu.

Facing internal and external challenges, PT ABC, a State-Owned Enterprise in the electricity sector, has undergone a business transformation through a holding process by forming four sub-holdings, including PT XYZ which focuses on power generation. The establishment of the holding company provides an opportunity for PT XYZ to grow and develop, especially with the increasing capacity of power generation assets and human resources due to the transfer of asset ownership from PT ABC as the holding company to PT XYZ. However, these opportunities also have potential risks, especially related to the failure of power plant management and the implementation of information technology in new units. One potential risk is the failure of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementation, which is a critical information system for asset operation and maintenance. Therefore, to mitigate the risk that can lead to the failure of EAM system implementation, this study integrates the DeLone & McLean information system success model with the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model by adding the symbolic adoption variable adapted to the mandatory use environment. The developed model aims to analyze the success and acceptance of the EAM system, to ensure the effectiveness of asset management and minimize the risk of failure in the power plant unit. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square using SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that performance expectancy, social influence, habit, training, and learning have a significant impact on symbolic adoption. Furthermore, factors such as symbolic adoption, information quality, service quality, and system quality significantly influence system usage. The effectiveness of EAM system usage and system quality also contribute to user satisfaction. The effectiveness of system usage shows a significant influence on net benefits, indicating that there is a real impact of EAM usage on organizational and individual performance.
