Abstract

Lampu adalah sebuah produk yang menghasilkan cahaya, yang berfungsi sebagai alat penerangan. Sedangkan lampshade atau kap lampu adalah sebuah peranti yang menaungi bola lampu yang berfungsi untuk memendarkan cahaya lampu ke arah tertentu merendahkan intensitas cahaya yang dipancarkannya. Selain itu, lampshade juga berfungsi sebagai elemen dekorasi yang menaungi bola lampu baik interior maupun eksterior. Pencahayaan yang dihasilkan dari lampshade juga sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi impresi ruangan, menambah ornamen pada ruangan, dan bisa memengaruhi suasana hati bagi penggunanya. Pada dunia industri kreatif, produsen dituntut untuk selalu memberikan pembaruan atau inovasi yang baru pada produk-produknya agar bisa bersaing di pasar dalam negeri maupun internasional. Dengan begitu, muncul gagasan berupa produk kap lampu yang menggunakan konsep adjustable light. Ide ini muncul untuk menciptakan keterikatan emosional konsumen terhadap benda yang mereka beli dan pakai. Tujuan ide adjustable light adalah untuk membuat produk kap lampu yang interaktif sekaligus multifungsi.

A lamp is a product that produces light, which functions as a lighting tool. Meanwhile, a lampshade or lampshade is a device that covers a light bulb whose function is to shine the light in a certain direction, lowering the intensity of the light it emits. Apart from that, lampshades also function as decorative elements that house light bulbs both interior and exterior. The lighting produced from lampshades is also a factor that influences the impression of a room, adds ornament to the room, and can influence the mood of the user. In the world of creative industry, producers are required to always provide updates or new innovations to their products so they can compete in domestic and international markets. In this way, the idea emerged in the form of a lampshade product that uses the adjustable light concept. This idea emerged to create an emotional attachment in consumers to the objects they buy and use. The aim of the adjustable light idea is to create a lampshade product that is both interactive and multifunctional.
