Abstract

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan kendaraan yang meningkatkan tingkat kemacetan di jalan raya, kereta api menjadi pilihan di dunia industri dalam mengirimkan barangnya. Oleh sebab itu penggunaan kereta api untuk angkutan barang perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penggunaan angkutan kereta api adalah pembangunan infrastruktur jalan rel langsung menuju kawasan industri sehingga dapat menurunkan biaya akibat proses perpindahan moda transportasi. Dengan adanya moda kerata api yang masuk ke kawasan industri maka biaya pengankutan dan pembogkaran barang pada moda kereta api akan berkurang. Akan tetapi penambahan rangkaian kereta barang dari kawasan industri tentunya akan mempengaruhi lalu-lintas kereta api eksisting pada jalur utama sehingga hal tersebut perlu diperhitungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah penyisipan kereta barang dari kawasan industri dengan menggunakan metode Linier Programming berdasarkan kapasitas lintas jalan rel jalur utara jawa segmen Surabaya pasarturi – Bojonegoro yang dihitung menggunakan metode Indonesia. Langkah- Langkah yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dimulai dari pengumpulan data dari sarana, prasarana dan lalu-lintas eksisting jalan rel jalur utara jawa segmen Surabaya pasarturi – Bojonegoro. Kemudian dilakukan analisa kapasitas lintas dengan metode Indonesia pada kondisi eksisting sehingga didapatkan kapasitas teoritis, praktis, terpakai, dan tersisa. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan pemodelan vi matematis yang akan disimulasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman phyton untuk perhitungan jadwal penyisipan kereta barang tambahan dari jalur percabangan yang berasal dari kawasan industri baik kearah barat maupun timur. Setelah mendapatkan hasil simulasi model matematis berupa jadwal penyisipan kereta barang tambahan selanjutnya akan dilakukan validasi dengan membandingkan hasil simulasi dengan hasil perhitungan manual. Hasil simulasi diyatakan valid apabila secara perhitungan manual jadwal keberangkatan kereta api tidak melanggar batasan-batasan yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah pada Gapeka 2019 jumlah rangkaian kereta barang yang dapat disisipkan dari stasiun duduk ke arah barat sebanyak 11 kereta/hari dengan keberangkatan pada pukul 0:13, 1:23, 1:58, 3:03, 3:30, 4:30, 6:53, 10:25, 12:19, 12:44, 13:09 dan ke arah timur sebanyak 14 kereta/hari dengan keberangkatan pada pukul 1:03, 2:06, 2:29, 3:24, 7:51, 8:49, 9:59, 10:22, 10:45, 11:08, 18:10, 19:59, 21:40, 22:12. Selanjutnya pada Gapeka 2021 jumlah rangkaian kereta barang yang dapat disisipkan dari stasiun duduk ke arah barat sebanyak 12 kereta/hari dengan keberangkatan pada pukul 00:24, 00:49, 1:14, 4:09, 4:34, 5:41, 6:50, 7:15, 7:40, 8:05, 8:30, 12:49 dan ke arah timur sebanyak 18 kereta/hari dengan keberangkatan pada pukul 0:32, 0:53, 1:53, 2:14, 4:07, 8:46, 9:07, 9:50, 10:11, 10:32, 10:53, 11:14, 11:35, 13:50, 14:54, 18:59, 20:51, 21:12.

Along with the growth of vehicles that increase the level of congestion on the highway, trains become the choice in industrial world in sending goods. However, the use of trains for the transportation of goods has not run optimally due to the lack of railroad infrastructure directly to industrial areas. One of the government's efforts to increase the use of rail transportation is the construction of railroad infrastructure directly to industrial areas so as to reduce costs due to the process of displacement modes of transportation. With the train mode entering industrial areas, the costs of transporting and unloading goods using the train mode will be reduced. The addition of a series of freight trains from industrial areas will certainly affect the existing rail traffic on the main line, so this needs to be taken into account. This research aims to determine the number of insertion of freight trains from industrial estates using the Linear Programming method based on the capacity of the northern Java rail line the Surabaya Pasarturi - Bojonegoro segment which is calculated using the Indonesian method. The steps taken in this research were starting from collecting data from the existing facilities, infrastructure and traffic of the northern Java railroad segment Surabaya Pasarturi - Bojonegoro. Then the railway capacity analysis was carried out using the Indonesian method on the existing conditions so that the theoretical, practical, used, and remaining capacities viii were obtained. Furthermore, mathematical modeling and simulation will be using Phyton Program for the calculation of insertion and scheduling of additional freight trains from Junction lines from industrial areas both west and east. After getting the results of the mathematical model simulation in the form of train scheduling graphic, next plan will be validated by manual calculation of train . The simulation results is valid if manually calculating the train departure schedule does not violate the predetermined constrain. The results in this research are that in Gapeka 2019 the number of freight trains that can be inserted from Sit station to the west is 11 trains/day with departures at 0:13, 1:23, 1:58, 3:03, 3: 30, 4:30, 6:53, 10:25, 12:19, 12:44, 13:09 and to the east 14 trains/day with departures at 1:03, 2:06, 2:29, 3:24, 7:51, 8:49, 9:59, 10:22, 10:45, 11:08, 18:10, 19:59, 21:40, 22:12. Furthermore, in Gapeka 2021, the number of freight trains that can be inserted from Sit station to the west is 12 trains/day with departures at 00:24, 00:49, 1:14, 4:09, 4:34, 5:41, 6:50, 7:15, 7:40, 8:05, 8:30, 12:49 and eastbound 18 trains/day with departures at 0:32, 0:53, 1:53, 2: 14, 4:07, 8:46, 9:07, 9:50, 10:11, 10:32, 10:53, 11:14, 11:35, 13:50, 14:54, 18:59, 20:51, 21:12.
