Abstract

Tesis ini mengeksplorasi strategi untuk mengoptimalkan infrastruktur penumpang di Pelabuhan Hunimua, yang mewakili Provinsi Maluku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan pengalaman penumpang dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur untuk penumpang di pelabuhan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan saat ini di Pelabuhan Hunimua, seperti kondisi fasilitas pelabuhan yang mendukung kepuasan penumpang dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya, serta mengusulkan solusi berdasarkan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan dan analisis data. Selain itu, tesis ini membahas pentingnya konektivitas tanpa batas bagi penumpang di era digital saat ini dan bagaimana hal ini dapat dicapai melalui infrastruktur penumpang yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan serangkaian rekomendasi untuk Pelabuhan Hunimua untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur dan fasilitas penumpang di dalam pelabuhan.

This thesis explores strategies to optimize passenger infrastructure at Hunimua Port, which is representative of Maluku Province in Indonesia. The research focuses on enhancing the passenger experience by improving the infrastructure for passengers at the port. The research identifies current challenges at Hunimua Port, such as the condition of port facilities that support passenger satisfaction and other supporting facilities, and proposes solutions based on stakeholder interviews and data analysis. In addition, this thesis discusses the importance of seamless connectivity for passengers in today's digital age and how this can be achieved through better passenger infrastructure. The research concludes with a set of recommendations for Hunimua Port to improve passenger infrastructure and facilities within the port.
