Abstract

Proses manufaktur membutuhkan beberapa mesin dan peralatan untuk kelancaran sistem produksi. Kondisi dan kesiapan mesin yang prima membutuhkan sistem perawatan yang efektif dan optimal. PT Preshion Engineering Plastec Perusahaan ini menerapkan sistem perawatan corrective maintenace. Sistem perawatan ini memiliki nilai utilitas mesin sebesar 91,6 %, dan kerugian ekonomis sebesar Rp. 220.863.692,00. Usulan sistem perawatan yang ditawarkan berdasarkan pada data histori perawatan yang sedang berjalan, dan dianalisa menggunakan metode Realibility Centered Maintenace (RCM) adalah sebuah proses sistematis yang dilakukan untuk menjamin seluruh fasilitas fisik dapat beroperasi dengan baik sesuai dengan desain dan fungsinya. Metode RCM merupakan program yang fokus pada pencegahan terjadinya jenis kegagalan yang sering terjadi. Tahapan-tahapan yang ada di dalam metode RCM adalah seleksi sistem dan pengumpulan informasi, pendefinisian batasan sistem, deskripsi sistem dan blok diagram fungsi, fungsi sistem dan kegagalan fungsi, FMEA, analisa pohon logika, pemilihan kegiatan. Fase selanjutnya adalah membandingkan nilai ekonomis antara metode perawatan yang sedang berjalan dengan metode perawatan usulan. Hasil analisa preventive mainenance dengan metode RCM, bahwa part yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi adalah Screw (RPN 252), Hydraulic Valve (RPN 250), dan Komputer Kontrol (RPN 150). Nilai utilitas mesin sebesar 72,2 % dan kerugian ekonomis sebesar Rp. 115.437.805,00.

The manufacturing process requires several Maintenaces and equipment for a smooth production system. Excellent Maintenace condition and readiness requires an effective and optimalmaintenace system. PT Preshion Engineering Plastec. This company implements a corrective maintenace system. This maintenace system has a Maintenace utility value of 91.6%, and an economic loss of Rp. 220,863,692.00. The proposed maintenace system offered is based on historical maintenace data that is running, and analysed using the Reliability Centered Maintenace (RCM) method is a systematic process carried out to ensure that all physical facilities can operate properly in accordance with their design and function. The RCM method will lead to amaintenace programme that focuses on preventing the occurrence of the types of failures that often occur. The stages in the RCM method are system selection and information gathering, defining system boundaries, system description and function block diagram, system function and malfunction, FMEA, logic tree analysis, activity selection. The next phase is to compare the economic value between the current maintenance method and the proposed maintenace method. The results of preventive maintenance analysis using the RCM method show that the parts with the highest RPN values ​​are Screw (RPN 252), Hydraulic Valve (RPN 250), and Computer Control (RPN 150). The utility value of the machine is 72.2% and the economic loss is Rp. 115,437,805.00.
