Abstract

PT. Perwira Indo Wire adalah pabrik pembuat wire mesh dari kawat baja las. Wire mesh digunakan untuk berbagai konstruksi seperti jalan, jembatan, dan bangunan. Proses pembuatan melibatkan pemanasan logam, ekstrusi kawat, pelurusan, pemotongan, dan pengelasan. Mesin yang digunakan termasuk Cold Ribbed Wire Plant untuk pembuatan kawat berusuk dingin dan Welded Fabric Reinforcement Forming Machine untuk pembuatan panel wiremesh. Pemeliharaan peralatan bertujuan untuk menjaga kesiapan operasi, umur alat, kehandalan, meminimalkan biaya, serta menjamin keselamatan operasional.

PT. Perwira Indo Wire is a factory that makes wire mesh from welded steel wire. Wire mesh is used for various constructions such as roads, bridges and buildings. The manufacturing process involves heating the metal, wire extrusion, straightening, cutting, and welding. The machines used include the Cold Ribbed Wire Plant for making cold ribbed wire and the Welded Fabric Reinforcement Forming Machine for making wiremesh panels. Equipment maintenance aims to maintain operational readiness, equipment life, reliability, minimize costs, and ensure operational safety.
