Abstract

Untuk mempromosikan perdagangan pada daerah - daerah terpencil dimana daya beli efektif masyarakat berada dibawah tarip jasa transportasi yang berlaku dapat digunak:an kapal perintis. Kapal perintis merupakan salah satu pemberian jasa layanan transportasi dari pemerintah yang berbentuk pemberian subsidi. Subsidi pada angkutan perintis didasarkan hanya pada satu kriteria saja yaitu kriteria operasional Tujuan perancangan kapal perintis iru yaitu menghasilkan suatu perencanaan teknis pengadaan angkutan sungai yang sesuai untuk sungai Maro Merauke dengan persyaratan-persyaratan teknis dalam menghasilkan rancangan dasar kapal angkutan barang - penumpang yang kemudian dapat digunakaan sebagai alternatif jasa transportasi di Merauke. Berdasarkan persyaratan-persyaratan teknis, ketentuan-ketentuan perancangan kapal dan setelah dilakukan perhitungan berdasarkan data-data yang ada diperoleh hasil suatu design kapal yang sesuai dengan kondisi perairan di sungai Maro ( Merauke ) dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarak:at pedesaan dalam mendistribusikan hasil pertaniannya ke kota. Kapal ini mempunyai payload 95 ton dan dibutuhkan dua kapal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yaitu 189.2323 ton perhari

To promote trade in remote areas where people's effective purchasing power is below the applicable transportation service rates, pilot ships can be used. Pioneer ships are one form of transportation service provided by the government in the form of subsidies. Subsidies for pioneer transport are based on only one criterion, namely operational criteria. The aim of designing a pilot ship is to produce a technical plan for the procurement of river transport that is suitable for the Maro Merauke river with technical requirements in producing a basic design of a goods-passenger transport ship which can then be used. as an alternative transportation service in Merauke. Based on the technical requirements, ship design provisions and after carrying out calculations based on existing data, the result is a ship design that is in accordance with the water conditions on the Maro River (Merauke) and meets the needs of rural communities in distributing their agricultural products to the city. . This ship has a payload of 95 tons and two ships are needed to meet the community's needs, namely 189,2323 tons per day
