Abstract

Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi Indonesia ( LPJK ) adalah suatu lembaga yang diakui secara nasional dalam melakukan pengembangan dibidang Jasa Konstruksi. Banyaknya asosiasi kontraktor tersebut di Indonesia, temyata belum bisa dirasakan manfaatnya secara nyata oleh masyarakat Jasa Konstruksi dan hanya dianggap sebagai sarana pembagian proyek. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi peran asosiasi kontraktor dalam peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya konstruksi anggotanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran asosiasi kontraktor dalam peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya konstruksi anggotanya. Populasi dalam penelitian anggota asosiasi yaitu Gapeknas dan Gapeksindo. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian adalah pengurus asosiasi sebanyak 6 responden dan anggota asosiasi sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik multi stage sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah frekuensi dan crosstabulation. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kenyataan bahwa secara umum asosiasi sudah mampu melakukan perannya dalam memberikan manfaat bagi anggota, diantaranya terbentuk hubungan kerja dengan pihak lain dan telah dilakukan pembinaan yang bermanfaat bagi anggota

The Indonesian Construction Services Development Institute (LPJK) is an institution that is nationally recognized for developing construction services. There are many contractor associations in Indonesia, in fact the benefits of the construction services community have not been felt in real terms and are only considered as a means of distributing projects. Therefore, research is needed to explore the role of contractor associations in increasing the capacity of their members' construction resources. The aim of this research is to determine the role of contractor associations in increasing the capacity of their members' construction resources. The population in the research is association members, namely Gapeknas and Gapeksindo. Meanwhile, the sample in the research was association administrators with 6 respondents and association members with 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is multi-stage sampling technique. The analysis techniques used are frequency and crosstabulation. From the results of the analysis, it is clear that in general the association has been able to carry out its role in providing benefits to members, including forming a working relationship with other parties and has provided guidance that is beneficial to members
